The snack bars are delicious. I love cashew nuts and these bars are full of cashews. The bars are fresh. I've never gotten one that was out of date.

idk why these are rated so highly.
they taste like salty artificial caramel flavoring and oxidized almonds. It's technically edible but I wouldn't eat them by choice or give them to someone I like. I think the 5 star reviews are fraudulent or paid promotions or something. They also crumble like a crunchy nature valley bar because they have such huge gaps to make it seem large than it actually is.
