Love It!
I love this tea, I don't know how long WM has had it, but I just noticed it and had to try it. Chai usually is made with black tea, and I can't take caffeine, so I was thrilled that not only was this an herbal, non-caffeinated tea, but it also had chocolate in it! Love that! I love the smell and flavor, I will be buying this regularly. If I could offer a constructive criticism, it would be that I'd love even more chocolate flavor!

Good tea
Flavorful albeit somewhat weak chai tea with excellent chocolate taste. Fills the room with its aroma within seconds of putting in water, it's an excellent smell. Would probably be great with a splash of milk. I like and recommend this tea but chai flavor could be a bit stronger. Btw, dont follow the instructions, steep it for 8 minutes. Im not sure why all tea makers want us steeping weak sauce.

Gimmick tea, not worth the cost, horrible flavor
I am sorry I wasted money on this flavor. The chocolate is weak, watered down flavor, the chai tastes nothing like chai should. Don't waste your time with this flavor.

HEAVY licorice taste
I won't lie, I didn't really taste neither chai nor chocolate- it's mostly just licorice and like idk a musky cinnamon. Sad cause I was excited for this one

i thought i would like chocolate chai tea. it just sounds good. i had no idea what chai tea is so i was surprised at the taste.other people may enjoy it, but i couldn't stand all the spices
