Great Value Classic Medium Roast Instant Coffee, 8 Oz

I have purchased this coffee for my dad at least 3 times now. He says it's as good as, if not better than his long standing Maxwell House. He's extremely satisfied and happy with this coffee. Now if y'all could just come out with a French Roast that tastes like Taster's Choice, I might switch, too! What do you say to that?

Although I like gourmet coffees, I cannot afford them as a routine. This instant coffee is the best value for the money - for my use. It dissolves quickly and completely, and gives a reasonable taste - and quickly, which is the goal for someone living alone and just wants a good cup of coffee in the morning.

i started drinking this wonderful coffee at my parents' house because they just happened to have it. Now Im buying it because the caffeine is much nicer--it makes me feel nicer. I wont buy anything else now and you know, its become a favorite. Great!!

if only you or the situation is such that you don't want to make lots of coffee every day then this coffee works. plus it's currently a reasonable price. Taste is a personal thing but I really like a whole can of gv evaporated milk diluted n 2 tsp coffee in 18 oz container and for days of yore... add a few tsp of instant cocoa n you have mocha coffee without any hassle.

I'm not a big fan of instant coffee, but I don't think making a big pot and grinding beans is what I need anymore. So, I looked around and this seemed like a good option. A coffee pod would work, but those can be 50 cents and more per cup, so I decided on this store brand. It's really not a bad choice and I add coconut oil or butter and collagen peptides powder anyway, so it satisfies my coffee desires. Also, you can make several cups, let it cool down, and have great iced coffee for later. Yumm.

The coffee in the stores of my regular brand was so expensive. About $10.00 an 8 oz jar. I found this comparable brand online and got 6- 8 oz jars for around $32.00. A savings of about $15.00 The taste is good, so I got a good deal. I would buy this again.

I put some coffee in my morning chocolate protein drink. This brand, on the jar, only indicates Hot prep. But I tried it anyway and was happily surprised when the coffee disolved just great in my cold drink. Good sized jar at great price. I eill buy again.

When I found my favorite Great Value COLOMBIAN Instant Coffee had been hard hit by tariffs, I thought I was going to have to stop drinking coffee altogether. But, a little research on the Walmart website turned up what I thought might be a suitable substitute: GREAT VALUE CLASSIC ROAST(aka Tostado Clásico), made in Mexico. Not one to be easily convinced, though, I dug deeper and found that Walmart sold little cardboard boxes with seven plastic-wrapped, single-servings of the same coffee brand for a small cost. This allowed me a chance to taste test it without requiring me to purchase the larger jar version. Surprisingly, I found the samples to be just to my liking. As a matter of fact, I really didn't notice any difference between it and the Colombian coffee I had been drinking for years. Remember, though, I drink INSTANT coffee, so I doubt dedicated pod people and Starbucks coffee drinkers would be impressed. But what I found was suitable for me. Plus, it is way cheaper!

for decades I have bought Folgers instant coffee but I refuse to pay the new inflated price for Folgers coffee. the only reason I purchase this one is because it's the cheapest. but even it has almost doubled in price in a very short period of time. have you ever had a cup of this junk. it smells like chemicals and tastes like chemicals. it's horrible. it's so bad. the only reason I drink it is for the morning caffeine Rush. but even that seems weaker now like they are processing out some of the caffeine. that's just my opinion based on my experience. I do not know of anyone that enjoys the taste of this coffee it's terrible. but, because it is the cheapest choice, I buy it. if it goes up anymore then I will choose another caffeine product or maybe some caffeine tablets because the taste of this is terrible and the price is now what you used to pay for premium Folgers crystals. I wouldn't buy this and give it to my enemy.
