Taste is great, love the big cuts, not too fine. the smaller shreds of cheese seems to spoil faster. I also recommended hetting the 2 smaller bags so that you only open 1 mall bag at the time as it is being exposed to air compared to a big bag which will spoil faster after being opened.

I use this stuff all the time and it's honestly hard to beat for the price. Melts down nice and even, no weird clumping, and it actually has decent flavor for a store brand. I've thrown it on everything from burgers to eggs and even quick quesadillas after work, and it always does the job.

I actually prefer this produce over the brand name! It has a better taste, smoother texture. I use it for my homemade lasagna dishes inwhich everyone wants me to make because I won't tell anyone my secret recipe! I do use other cheese that are the same brand also.

I really like Great Value cheeses. The have so many different cheeses to choose from. I used this Colby Jack on Thursday when I made burritos I sprinkled some on the inside then melted a little on the out side. It was GOOOD! I plan on using it on my chili tonight to gove it a creamy gooey taste. I'll use in when I make grilled cheese sandwiches next week. The cheese is great and it's a great value.

Colby Jack has always been one of my favorite cheese's. It's Cheddary and a little creamy. The shred is great for topping tacos or nachos. I love the resealable bag.

Walmart has the best cheese as far as great value goes I buy a lot of stuff that's great value from Walmart cuz Walmart goes and above the call of Duty on providing what the customer needs and wants so you may want to try cheese toast which is my dad got me started on that and it's just toasted bread with butter on top and cheese on top of that and then melt it in the microwave you're going to be very surprised cuz it's a luscious

I like this product it taste great it's it's good for your health good for your stomach. It's good for your intestinal flora pack with probiotics I like it. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it. It melts wonderfully great for omelette. Also as an addition to a soup with the cheese in it like chicken tasted something like that throw this in there and it add to the cheese flavor and yeah, I never thought of putting it in soup before, but I did and it was great.
