Great Value Colby & Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese, 32 oz Bag

I normally buy that finally graded cheese I made a mistake and bought this. I personally was not happy with it but it's my fault that I didn't buy the right great. but other than that is great great tasting great texture great color melts wonderfully.

Colby jack is my favorite cheese, it melts well and is good in tacos, burritos, and even salads. In my opinion Great Value shredded colby jack cheese only has one downside and that is that it is very starchy. You can really feel the starch they coat the cheese in in some bags. It doesn't really ruin the taste or anything though so I'd say it's a good buy!

As far as price goes per ounce, you can't beat it. It's great for large families and even for those who like to cook with cheese a lot it's the perfect amount. You don't have to buy a bunch of single bags. It's more costly that way. I love it that they make the big bag. It's very convenient. I have no complaints about it.

i recently bought cheese and Chicken from you guys but when it was delivered i didn't notice that the cheese had gotten clumps because it must of melted and the chicken smelled off to me. I didn't know that it was bad until my little dog got sick. i think the delivery guy had taken to long to delivery and my dog got sick from eating it. i just want you to know. ive been out of town so i couldn't get back to you about what happened. delivery drivers need to understand heat is not good for products like chicken and cheese. Thank you. this wasy last purchase not exactly sure when but i want to you tell delivery drivers about the issues that come up thank you for your attention to this issue.

This is one of those grocery staples that never lasts as long as I think it will. 😂 The cheese is fresh, melts beautifully, and works for just about everything. We use it on tacos, casseroles, baked potatoes, eggs, homemade mac and cheese, and pretty much any recipe that benefits from adding more cheese—which, let's be honest, is most recipes. The Colby and Monterey Jack blend has a mild, creamy flavor that even picky eaters enjoy. It melts smoothly without getting greasy and adds just the right amount of cheesy goodness to meals. The large bag is a great value for families, especially if you cook frequently or have children who believe cheese is its own food group. Love this cheese it's a perfect flavor with the Colby and the duck together. I use it whenever I use cheese no longer do I use sliced American biscuits such a better flavor and love the texture a spectrum when it's melted. Got a bit of a tangy, sweet flavor. Give it a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I prefer this cheese because it is difficult for my arthritic hands to grate cheese. This cheese has a great flavor, is easy to use, and is perfect on homemade tacos, salads, pizzas, sprinkled on soups, and even on both sides of a grilled ham and cheese sandwich.

I absolutely love this cheese but there is something that has drove me and my husband crazy for the longest time the reasonable top never works very good I can't tell you how many times I've dropped the cheese on the floor because the bag on seals even if we tried to push it all together or by the area where you should sip it shut tears apart then you have no closure and I have to put it in a ziplock.

Tastes good in my salad. I do think it should be made more clear on the packaging that shredded cheese is often coated with flour or starch to keep it from clumping back together which could be bad for diabetics that are controlling sugar levels through diet alone. They should buy blocks and grate the cheese themselves if that's the case.

Great cheese to have on hand when you're cooking and on a time constraint. Great for quesadillas for lunch, burritos, enchiladas, casseroles, adding to home made breads - I don't care for the additive of the non-sticking product added to it to prevent the bag of cheese from clumping together, other than that, flavors great, and it's very convenient. One suggestion I do have - please improve the Ziplock feature on the bag to make it.easier seal up Please!
