Great Value Colombian Whole Bean Coffee, Medium Dark Roast, 10 oz

Due to tariffs, my regular whole bean coffee doubled in price. My coffee maker has a built in bean grinder so I rarely drink pre-ground coffee anymore. This Great Value blend is only $2 more than my regular coffee used to cost so I tried it. I has a rich flavor and I guess this will be my new coffee until tariffs end.

I have tried so many different coffee beans. This one is the cheapest AND the most coffee flavor and espresso flavor I've been able to find. It's crisp and robust but not too strong but also not too weak. I keep my grind on setting 11 or 12. Your grinder may vary! This has somewhat of a cocoa flavor but it's more coffee flavor and crisp and perfect for espresso. I also use half and half in place of my water and milk. 3 ML of half and half. 2 ML of your creamer of choice. 2 tables spoons of vanilla syrup and one tablespoon of caramel syrup and 2 table spoons of caramel syrup. And finally a tablespoon of whip cream (mix the whip cream into the half and half and creamer first. And then incorporate the espresso and caramel and the syrups. Add lots of ice. Having a ton of ice is a key factor. I use 16oz cups or the 20oz will work. Try that recipe. Oh and I use a double shot of espresso. Throw a few ice cubes into the espresso to cool it before pouring it into your cup. Oh and add the caramel saucer and syrups to your espresso cup BEFORE you brew your shot. Thank me later. This coffee has zero bitterness. It's perfection. My grinder may be diffent than yours but you do t need to grind this super fine. Grind it where it looks like grains of salt.

These are very good tasting coffee beans in my opinion. I tried the donut shop and the French roast great value whole coffee beans and this one is the best in my opinion.

This is very good Colombian bean coffee… If you like fresh ground bean coffee, you will enjoy members Mark Brand… I favor the rich aroma Colombian taste of coffee and you get that with this… Although a little pricey for such a small bag, but I only use it for special occasions… And I've been told I make the best coffee in town ;)

First time trying this, and I got a good one! Fresh, not burnt, and low price! How does that work?! I hope it is consistent.

you read about all the fancy schmanzy coffees when good ol' Walmart is just as good....prob even better!

Here's the deal, this coffee is awesome. It's incredibly affordable (though not a normal 12oz. bag), and it has great flavor. I've had the ground version and whole bean is definitely the way to go. This coffee is comparable to most of the $15 bags of coffee at your local roasters. Obviously one of the nice things about coffee is the variety of flavors, but this is a fantastic affordable staple to start with. Taste-wise this coffee is very smooth with a focus on roast, but not too dark or burned. There are some mild almond notes, dark chocolate and mild fruit flavors.

I bought this just to try due to increasing coffee bean prices. Imagine my surprise! This is more aromatic especially in the grinder, and tastes smooth and not bitter. love it.

I originally bought a different brand of coffee but was disappointed with the taste so I got this to try and boost the flavor of the other. This works very nicely to add a bit of oomph to my morning Joe. Love this coffee.

if I could give a zero I would. this is the most disgusting coffee I've ever tasted. I usually drink coffee black but as much as I tried to doctor this it's still tasted terrible. it was bitter and just undrinkable.
