Great Value Country Potato Bread Loaf, 24 oz

Okay I am done testing all the different brands of potato bread. This one beats Orowheat, Safeway's select whatever, Franz potato bread.... all of them! Great Value potato bread is always fresh, stays fresh, is chewy even the crusts are nice to eat. I gotta say I can order 6-7 loaves and freeze them for the month ahead and they are there when I need them. You can have your whole wheat I am done with that?

I like the Great Value potato bread. It makes it delicious turkey sandwich and sometimes when I just want to snack, I'll put a little rumble and brown on a one piece of bread with a little peanut butter and sometimes strawberry jelly and have a half a sandwich. It hits the spot when you have a sweet craving.

This is my family's favorite bread. It's always fresh and the slices are a little larger than some other brands. Also, the brand is less expensive than the name brands.

The slices are the right size for bacon and cheese melt. The taste is good no unfavorable aftertaste. I enjoy this potato bread because it is so soft.

This was not what I ordered, but it was a pleasant surprise. My original choice was out of stock, and this was substituted. I usually buy whole grain "healthy" bread, but every now and then I get a hankering for good old super-soft white bread. This bread is very good.

Basically i quit shopping at Fred Meyers, too many mistakes and quality of everything was wavering. Bread is Great Value and is Awesome.

This bread keeps very well in my refrigerator. My husband and I do not use a lot of bread so good quality is important.

This bread is usually 5 stars. However, the last loaf I p3irchase, the top crust was falling off all of the slices. I am hoping it is just a fluke and not the new norm for this bread.

The bakery is using a flour lately that is on the crust that is VERY powdery and VERY BITTER. I have been cutting the crusts off because of this. I always have purchased at least 7 loaves each month.... but I gotta tell you SAFEWAY has one I really like better and I will have my 7 loaves delivered next month from now on a long with other items.
