These are just ask.good as the more expensive ones. They get Crispy. Air fryer 400 degrees .. My 8 yr old son loves them. They are just like the restaurants...Put them with the premade hot cakes %26 the turkey sausage patties patties it will take you a long way ,for a good price.

Excellent! They're like the hashbrowns from Chick-fil-A but better. We made them in the air fryer according to package directions the first time we made them, and they were good. We added two minutes more time the second time we made them, and they came out perfect! Crispy and not all all greasy. I'll be buying these on the regular from now on. Highly recommend!

These are absolutely delicious! I like them better than tater tots which are often crispy on the outside and mushy on the inside. I cook these in the deep fryer for 4 minutes and they come out perfectly crisp all over. They have a very nice flavor. Highly recommended.

I really like this product because it's thinner you can get a better crisp even if you put them in the oven there's a better crisp a better taste the puffier ones for me were never done enough and I always ended up cutting them in half after baking these were perfect I didn't have to do a thing and it salt them and eat them

For some reason the round ones taste better to me than the og .. Maybe because I identify with them cause I'm round too . But all seriousness If you get around to it get u some taters . See what I did there get round to it play on words . ..... Um they good get u some ..

my best friend made me some crispy rounds at her house once and I was hooked after one time, my friends. sparing you the details, I have some unpleasant gastro issues from an auto immune disease that a lot of fried foods and gut irritants can really make worse but crispy rounds are some how spared. I don't get to eat a lot of fast food or like.... things that taste good in general. especially during flares. these little rounds are a blessing. they go great with eggs as a hashbrown or as a snack on their own or in the place of a French fry as a side. and one bag lasts a long time too!! I split mine up into a few quart sized ziplock bags so they don't get freezer burned. they don't get soggy and they don't make me sick! what more could a girl need??

Preparation is identical of Ore-Ida crowns. In fact, half the pan was Ore-Ida, and the other half were these crowns. Both had salt and chili powder sprinkled on them, and baked in convectional toaster oven (i.e., air fried). They both crisped up the same (i.e., same crunch), and they tasted identical. Only difference is these were a tiny bit crispier, so bake them a bit shorter. Took Ore-Ida off my wish list, and replaced with this.

Without preable, these are SOO TASTY! I air fry mine. Single layer on the bottom. Spray canola or vegetable oil on them. Fry on 400 for 7 minutes. Take a look, if not to your crispy liking, put back in for 2 minutes at 400. I promise you that these will change your life! Easy-peasy. Good value (30 oz) for the bucks and the rounds are good looking, full pieces.

I baked these in the oven and they came out alright, slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside like tiny tater tots. The problem I had with these is the outside was overcooked at the factory they had a slight burnt flavor, it was kind of gross. I didn't like it all. It's possible I got a bad bag and a different bag might be processed properly and not have that burnt flavor cooked into it but I'm not going to take the chance. It's disappointing because a few years ago Great Value meant what it said it was a high quality food at a good price. Across the board the quality on great value items has dropped considerably, the price hasn't increased as much as other food but the quantity has decreased so I'm getting smaller bag and boxes with so-so quality at a lower price. It's up to you what you want to give up to save money. I'm living on a tight budget so I am forced to buy great value because I can't afford name brand and I just have to accept that the quality is not going to be there.
