I just got turned on to Gouda cheese , if you've never tasted it give it a try. I've tried some from other places Deli and it's been so dry and you couldn't even get a piece out without it Breaking up to pièces , this will not do that. You'll be able to peel off peace after piece and nothing you can say about the prize landfall
This Gouda sliced cheese is on my regular shopping list. My cat and I share a treat about 1:00 am and that is always Gouda %26 crackers and olives for me. But my cat loves, and I mean loves this cheese! She will not let me , not have this late night snack. She will literally scream at me if I try to get out of taking that break. So I always give. In so she can have her cheese!
I like to change up on my family from time-to-time, so I purchased this sliced Gouda Great Value pack. I love Gouda and this tastes awesome. Hubby was so happy he has asked me to make him lunch more lately and make sure I use the Gouda cheese. Wish the price was either lower a bit or more slices for the price with the economy being what it is right now.
Great flavor. Good price! The zip top bag keeps leftover slices fresh and soft. The smaller quantity in each package means it's less likely to develop mold before we eat it all.
he had a jo salt taste but texture is food and is super easy melting for best use mac and cheese ..it was wonderful but at my store no option on Gouda Bar .. Like yo grate my own
My granddaughter is her favorite cheese the only place I can find all the time is on Walmart and the price is amazing, that's is why I love Walrtmart.
If you are looking for an inexpensive way to add variety to your usual cheese selection, consider this one. Gouda, if you haven't tried it before, has a taste of its own. This particular one has a great amount of flavor without being overwhelming. It has a good balance of texture, semi-soft so the slices don't crumble, but creamy enough to melt well. We use this sliced Gouda cheese for snacking, on sandwiches, cold or hot (think grilled cheese), burgers, toppings for soups %26 salads, and more.
Anyone that states this is "Good, Great, Awesome" Gouda, has never eat real Gouda. Not that this is a bad product, it's not good either. The level of Gouda flavor is exceedingly minimal. A person can tell it's Gouda but barely and only if you know exactly what Gouda is supposed to taste like. Beside that, the cheese is fresh, the slices are separated with paper for easy removal from package, etc.... At the end of the day............. DO NOT buy this if you are actually seeking real Gouda. I have no idea what this actually is but it is a mere shadow of Gouda. Not Recommended.
I'll cover three of the flavors herein and do the same for the other two. I give this, gouda, the lowest rating, one star, the swiss, the middle rating, 3 stars, and the sharp cheddar four stars. Gouda is typically harder and richer in flavor. This has more the texture of American cheese, though definitely of a different flavor. This gouda is a bit foul tasting, however, the intensity of the flavor is low, enabling it to be palatable. Melted, it is tasteless. This could be used to stretch molten cheese for fondue. I struggled to get rid of it. If I had a cat, I'd be feeding it little pieces, if it would eat it, but probably it would. I wouldn't say totally not to buy the gouda variety, but if expecting it to taste anything like a gouda you've had before, it's not worth it. To stretch cheese in a fondue for example, then I could see this as having a use. The swiss has a weak, slightly off taste. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd rate is 607 and so the fall-back is 3 stars. The sharp cheddar is more like a mild to medium cheddar, closer to medium. Nothing off much in the flavor other than not really being sharp and thus I grade it accordingly.
i did not receive. i can not afford yo pay for items and service's that i do not receive.why offer a service that doesn't get provided, the tip is based on the overall order amount. im disabled and live on social security i b only use the service because i have to.
