Great Value Disposable Compostable Forks, 24 Count

Love these because eco-friendly. Only downside is they do not handle well with heat, they will quite literally bend and melt. I made a bowl of noodles and let them cool off to eat and the fork sitting in the broth caused it to fully bend upwards making it pretty hard to finish eating.

Got these forks as my family is always snacking and I hate the kids leaving dirty dishes. I also do not like to being wasteful and having the kids throw away things unnecessarily. I also needed forks that do not break when you poke your food and end up snapping the tines. These fit the bill and are fantastic. They are extremely flexible and can be used for not only snacking but for harder foods as well. They can also be washed and used a second time. You do not need to feel guilty as they are compostable.

These are a must-have for camping. It reduces our trash and reduces the cleanup, sort of a win win. the 24 count is the only complaint, I wish these came in larger sizes like the regular forks, but that's only minor. Other than that, these work just as well as the cheap, non-compostable plastic forks.

Makes perfect sense to have these if you have little ones. They are soft and not hard like the ones we had growing up. Good for the environment and looks great too. Love all the great value products and this is one of them. Perfect for indoors and outdoors.

These forks are extremely sturdy and strong. They are made from natural plant fibers and they have been lab tested and safe for any garden compost bin. I think these are good solid forks as far as disposal utensils go. It is great that they are compostable and thr box is even made of 25% post consumer recycled materials. They are sturdy to eat hot foods with and I have even handwashed and reused some. It would be great on a camping trip, beach cookout, or a large event.

Really cool idea. The quality is nice but a little more flimsy than the others, but it is understood due to it being compostable. Does what I need them to do and easy to take on the go. Toss in the trash after and help save the planet with less plastics.

My very first impression of these forks was, "what a very drab, ugly color. They are a cross between a very dirty white and very light beige. I won't be using these for family get-togethers. My personal preference is clear or white. But they will still come in handy for us, anyway. These forks will work for cake, pies, really anything on the "soft" side. Other than that I found them to be on the flimsy side. They measure 6" long, a little bit shorter than other forks. But if you are into biobased products & reducing waste, I say "give these Great Value Compostable Forks a try".

I ordered compostable forks. I got assorted compostable cutlery, the knives and spoons of which I did NOT need.

the worked will for there purpose. my family and u found that they have a funny taste. will not buy again
