I've been using these paper plates for a couple of years now. I am never disappointed with their quality or their price. and I have never gone to pick some up and they're not be some in stock. All around I can trust this product and it's availability
These are my go-to plates cause they’re cheap, kind of sturdy %26 semi durable as far as like using things that have moisture in them. I usually use at least two plates at a time for support %26 as long as my bottom plate didn’t get dirty I save it for reuse. It’s cuts down so I don’t have to always do dishes everyday
i started buying these because I was sick of washing heavy ceramic plates multiple times a day. These work really well, honestly. I bought those cheap plastic paper plate holders from the dollar store, and have been using them with these for about 4 years now. I RARELY use ceramic plates anymore. I even use them for spaghetti, they hold up well. Now if something is fairly watery, yeah you're going to break through the plate. But for the most part, these work pretty well.
These are fantastic for having when the plumbing goes out and you have no way to wash dishes. If you have extras for dinner, these are wonderful to serve a full dinner on. They are paper plates, so use two hands and if dinner is wet or messy, just expect to use it once. If you have a compost pile, tear them up and chuck them in there. Overall, they're a great paper plate option.
well i having nothing bad to say about nothing i buy in the store are online im very happy with my purchase matter of fact i like ordering alot of things online because u can get the size of things bigger then u can in the store. so all i have to say is i love walmart dont know what i would do without walmart.
I use these regularly, they are sturdy and easy to carry, you do have to put your hand under the middle or hold with both hands with a full plate but they don't bend or flop around. They don't get all soggy if there is something wet, I've even used them for soup and stew in a pinch and they hold up just fine. Great in the microwave and saves on paper towels because the plate can be used multiple times. They're not overly plastic coated so they are good after they're done as plates for other things. As long as they are clean and not greasy, they can go through the shredder for the bedding for hamsters, under potted plants, go in the kindling box, we use them for artwork. The price is fairly good which is good the way costs are going up. They seem to be holding steady.
I frequently buy the Great Value paper plates. For most of my "fine dining" experiences at home (think sandwiches, quesadillas, eggs %26 toast) they are more than sufficient. I like the fact that they are paper products, and will decompose - rather than styrofoam which will last beyond the apocalypse. These plates are fine for light, warm weather foods; however they are not really strong enough for the heavier fall/winter foods. When the westher gets chillier, we tend to eat more meat %26 potatoes, stews and heavier sauces, cassaroles and meatloaf or roasts. The weight, not to mention the liquid content, serves to push the plates to their limit - so, we tend to double plate things to avoid spills and plate colllapses. Double plating, of course, doubles the cost per serving - which negates any savings from not having to wash them. Possibly, GV could coat the plates with a liquid resistant top-coat - but that would still not address the unsteadiness with the heavier foods. Probably, I will have to bite the bullet and wash dishes when the leaves start falling.
they kept the price but changed the plates to inferior trash!!! youd be better off eating off toilet paper, i buy them every two mnths since last time the product is a minus ten. dnt waste your money!!! better off eating off the floor, cause that where your food is going to end up. shame on you walmart!!!!
The quality of this product is absolutely the worst I have ever purchased. The plates are so flimsy that they barely will hold a single slice of toast without bending so that the toast drops to the floor. I have no idea what caused this purchase of great value every day disposable paper plates to be so useless, but I will never buy them again.
Omg are you kidding me I think a piece of college rule paper would be sturdier than these so called paper plates. I had to use 3 plates to hold a small amount of food and was going to use 4 because the plate was still folding like a Taco shell. And the reviews that gave these plates 5 stars is a different plate not the same design. They are also so thin you can see the shadow of my fingers thru the plate.
