Great Value Dried Apricots, 16 oz

I admit. I have a palette unlike most folks. Melt a smidge of dark chocolate and dip one or two apricots in the chocolate. Bonus points for getting in two foods at one time that are excellent sources of Magnesium and satifying that gnawing sweet tooth.

Great Value did it again! These dried apricots are sooooooooooooooooooooo good! I bought them to add to my charcuterie trays, but they are so MOIST and delicious, I have to hide them from myself or they are all gone when I go to make my trays for our guests. I even cut them up and add them to salads. They really are the best ones I've found.

I'm looking forward to giving part of my favorite snack to my granddaughter. I personally love these Great value dried apricots, they are good, crispy, and taste great in salads.

My only complaint is that about 20% of the apricots were under-ripe, small and overfirm - not edible. The rest of the bag's contents were excellent - plump, soft and tender. I love these as snacks and also use them in several recipes. The price was very reasonable so I'll give them another try in the future and hope there are fewer 'duds'.

I always buy dried fruit the apricots or something I very rarely get into because with my dentures I have a hard time chewing but I bought these apricots and there were a few hard ones where I had to throw in the trash but mainly they were soft and when you cut them up and add them to some water and rehydrate very flavorful very sweet so I will continue to purchase these now that I've learned how to rehydrate them

Nice assortment of apricots. Some are quite moist and fruit-like, but some are drier and tough, even more than just chewy. There should be some variations within the fruit and we have always been satisfied with the assortment being acceptable. However, they recently raised the price of this product and it has gone from $6-7 now up to $9 a bag. This exceeds what I am willing to pay for this product, so I will go back to raisins. Recommend for flavor but not at this price point.

these dates are hard and somewhat dry and small ;maybe because they are small and they tend to be that way. Walmart has other vendors that sell dates but i only see and have bought from them once before but they were out of stock so i tried the Walmart brand(great value) so compared to others,so far ,these date aren't as good but ok if one is really hungry and dont have time to prepare a meal or need to wait before eating or do nit want to eat late at night.

AGAIN, a 48 oz Ice Cream was substituted for a PINT. I DO NOT have a large freezer and have to take something out when you send the large instead of the PINT. Another flavor would have been preferred.

They substituted "Great Lakes" brand and the contain sulfur dioxide! CANCER CAUSING AGENT and Respiratory distress. I have never seen this California prop 65 marking answer causing agent on their apricots before. nor have they substituted Great Lakes for Great Value brand! they are dehydrated but they are very soggy and wet! I can't believe they are allowed to sell these!
