I have found that most Great Value products are as good if not better than name brand products and are definitely less expensive. I have used the Great Value dusters for several years and make the boring job of dusting much easier than using a rag or cloth. I have saved my original handle so haven't needed to buy the kit with a handle enclosed.
I have to admit that when i opened the package I was skeptical. They looked and felt different from the name brand ones. But what a surprise, these babies picked up more dust and lasted longer. I highly recommend this product you definitely get your money's worth.
As a residential and commercial cleaning business owner, I go through a lot of duster refills—and while these don't hold or trap dust quite like the original Swiffer brand, they're a solid budget option when you're trying to stretch supply costs. They fit the Swiffer handle and get the job done well enough for general dusting tasks like blinds, baseboards, and furniture surfaces. I've noticed they don't cling to finer dust particles as well, and I usually have to apply a bit more pressure or go over areas twice. That said, at nearly half the cost of name-brand refills, it's a trade-off that makes sense for high-volume use. If you're a professional cleaner who stocks up in bulk or runs through dusters weekly, these are worth adding to your rotation. Just know you'll get about 50–60% of the performance for a fraction of the price. A practical choice for everyday cleanups that still gets the job done.
These dusters don't fluff up. The arrive flattened (like the brand name version) but when you use them they tend to stay flat and not open up. So, they work but not as well as the brand name. They are a very good price. So, if you do not need the maximum functionality, they are OK.
The product is just fine. The delivery to the wrong house was the problem. When I finally found the package, it had no address label, so if my neighbor found it before I did, they would not know the intended address. My only 2 experiences with Walmart delivery have gone to the wrong address.
These do not fluff out. The part where the handle goes always breaks and duster constantly flies off. I have a cleaning business and go through dusters frequently and thought this would be a good bang for my buck. Nope. Back to the swiffer gain. Catch them while there's cashback and only a few dollar difference with the great value and works much better!
Why would you downgrade a product that sells out on a regular? These new ones suck. I run a cleaning business %26 these new dusters are no different than doing a crappy job. I'm happy I'm not the only one displeased with the downgrade in quality. Maybe you need to have your department heads use the "new" products for a month before they approve it to be sold. It doesn't take much to show you how horrible they are.
The dusters themselves do not do the job they are intended to do, they just push duster around, you'll have dust flying everywhere. I do not recommend, these were a waste of my money.
They changed these and they are absolute trash now. They're about an inch shorter and have at least 50% less dusting power. I used to buy these because they worked better than swiffers. Never again. Old one on left, new one on right in pics.
The duster looks likes it's picking up all the dust, but it's not. When I suspected this, I dusted then ran my finger over the same spot and the duster had left "dust residue." I wish it had worked because the price is great.
