This cream cheese works wonderfully in recipes. I have used it many times with excellent results as a substitute for the full fat version in desserts, pasta and appetizer fillings, etc. Lots of calories are saved and no one can tell the difference in dishes I've prepared with this fat free version.

Tried this for healthy version— not bad,prefer full version better- would I substitute in a pinch yes..

I appreciate the company making a cream cheese that's a lot healthier. We used one block in a pasta dinner. It had the creamiest velvety texture and the flavor was the same as a regular full fat cream cheese. The other block I use on English muffins or toast with high quality jam or preserves.

This is a lower calorie alternative for cream cheese, It taste like it but slightly sweeter and the texture is sort of like thick yogurt but if you're looking to put it onto a savory meal it'll come out sweet so I'd stick to desserts or anything of this sort with this cream cheese

The idea of this is great, however it does taste a little acidic. i think using this in a sauce is fine but alone I can pass.

Does not taste like fatfree cream cheese. Nothing like the Philadelphia one. Tofu and gritty texture. Bitter and no taste.
