Cooks quickly and delicious.
I had made a bit pot of vegetable and field pea soup. The field pea cooked fast. The soup was sooo delicious!! My husband and I gorged on it.

A staple in my pantry
These peas soak up beautifully, and cook quickly. They are tender and delicious, a great item. They are smaller than southern pink eye or purple hull peas, but larger than the tiny canned field peas. We love them and will be purchasing them regularly.

Very good
I have been eating these field peas for several years now and they are always good. Like them much better than the canned field peas. I'll keep buying them as long as they are in stock.

I had never seen these but bought a bag. We love canned field peas and these are really good. Flavor them with bacon or bacon grease and they're so good! Will definitely buy again!

I bought the dry ones for the first time and I love them. Low calorie, low fat, and really high in fiber.

Live bugs
Was excited to see dried field peas, but can't say how they are because the package I received has crawling bugs along with roach egg capsules. Walmart did provide a refund, but certainly gives me pause to order dry goods such as beans again.

Don't order bad choose. Would rate a - 0 star
Theses are not the size of regular field peas, they look like split green peas. Have very little taste to them. I would not recommend ordering. Waste of your money.
