Great Value Fiesta Blend Finely Shredded Cheese, 5 Pound Bag

This cheese has vastly improved since we last got it. Teh last time it tasted like ith ad tons of salty taco seasoning on it and now it tasted more like a good quality creamy cheese. I still think it a bit overpriced but a serviceable (not great) price

This cheese blend is perfect for my family. The price is right… But more importantly, the quality is good. We use it for enchiladas, cheeseburgers, salads, grilled cheese - even pizzas! It melts easily and *doesn't* have that weird taste or texture. It's great!

I use this cheese in tacos and wraps. Especially wraps as I eat a lot of them. It's a simple meal I can make for myself when I'm not up to cooking due to weakness from MS. I use this cheese with a spicy sauce chicken strips and some of the premade salad. It's super easy and very nutritious.

Great when you are cooking in mass quantities. Buying in bulk is always cheaper but still dairy products and most other food items have gotten so expensive these days. The fine shredding makes it easier to melt %26 blend into whatever dish you are cooking. I love the taste so I use it for many different recipes.

Cheese, her ears, mac %26 cheese, season and cream and cream cheese a little salt little pepper do you know the whole black pepper you crushed it up in the and put it in it taste so delicious with cut up pepperoni so cooked the pepperoni before you put it don't put in a plate put it in your mac %26 cheese a little, not a lot and it taste good with bacon on top. It taste really good.

With a such a large family we have no problem using n enjoying these huge bags of cheese. They're always fresh n tastes great, use them in many dishes.

got to give it props. for the price it is a great value. i do split it up into smaller, more manageable portions and freeze them in order to keep it from spoiling after it has been opened. it is a lot of cheese and goes bad quickly after it is opened if it is not used quickly.

My son loves quesadillas and cheese crisps so we use this a lot. It has good texture and taste, It cooks nice in the oven or in a pan if heating on top of other things which is what we use it for the large size accommodate our family and is a great value in price

The taste is good but I wished the cheese had a more rough or bigger grate not this angel hair find like grate.. or if they would sell the fiesta in blocks because the finer the grate the more of the starch they use to prevent it from caking .. but the mix of cheese I like just want blocks available or a much bigger grate at least
