This cheese has vastly improved since we last got it. Teh last time it tasted like ith ad tons of salty taco seasoning on it and now it tasted more like a good quality creamy cheese. I still think it a bit overpriced but a serviceable (not great) price

This cheese blend is perfect for my family. The price is right… But more importantly, the quality is good. We use it for enchiladas, cheeseburgers, salads, grilled cheese - even pizzas! It melts easily and *doesn't* have that weird taste or texture. It's great!

Great Value Fiesta Blend Finely Shredded Cheese, 5 Pound Bag is a terrific product. Because it is sold in bulk, the price per pound is cheaper. The cheese is a good blend that goes in a variety of dishes. I usually repackage it into smaller containers for storage in the freezer. It stores well. Freezing does not affect its quality

Great value, I seem to always run out of cheese, so this is a great deal for the price, at other stores, you get a smaller amount of cheese for the price.

Usually get the 8 lb. bag. The shred size is perfect. It melts easily, no matter how you're cooking; stove top, oven, microwave, toaster oven, even over a fire outdoors! Great value.

Our main go to for ahredded cheese. Melts well with a nice pull. Cost effective if you distribute to freezer bags ans freeze, defrosts great in the fridge would know it was frozen at all. Cost friendly too.

We have many uses for this cheese, my favorite is a grilled cheese on Italian bread. We make like a patty and make it like any grilled cheese sandwich, they are really great.

My biggest concern with shredded cheese is how well it melts and this is my go to for all my shredded cheese needs. We are a household of cheese lovers and this bag barely gets us through the month....lol

The taste is good but I wished the cheese had a more rough or bigger grate not this angel hair find like grate.. or if they would sell the fiesta in blocks because the finer the grate the more of the starch they use to prevent it from caking .. but the mix of cheese I like just want blocks available or a much bigger grate at least
