Great Value Fiesta Cheese Finely Shredded Blend, 32 oz Bag

I buy this cheese all the time along with the flour fajita size tortillas for quesadillas. They're the perfect size for lunch along with the Avofresco smashed avocado with sea salt. It's the perfect melting cheese and it's great for tacos, burritos and grilled cheese sandwiches too.

The Cheese was packaged well and the stay fresh plastic bag was easily cut open across the top with the zip lock directly under the opening. The zip lock worked well when finished using the product and the whole stored easily in my refrigerator crisper drawer. The cheese itself was moist and fresh and remained so throughout the use of the product. Taste was excellent, and the cheese texture, color, and meltability remained excellent throughout the use of the product.

I bought this giant bag of shredded cheese thinking it would last for several meals. That was a rookie mistake. This cheese has found its way onto tacos, burritos, baked potatoes, eggs, casseroles, nachos, and at least a few "I'm just grabbing a pinch" incidents directly from the refrigerator. By the end of the week, half the bag had mysteriously vanished. The blend melts well, tastes great, and adds instant credibility to almost any meal. If a dish isn't quite right, the answer is usually more cheese. Five stars. The only downside is realizing that a 32-ounce bag is somehow considered a temporary supply in my household.

Probably one of the better packaged shredded cheeses. Many are covered in starch to kepl it from sticking together. This is lightly dusted, not visibly noticeable at all. It taste very good and melts well. It mixes good in ingredients amd doesnt clump up. I have found this size bag of cheese at another sore brand for over $1 cheaper but that brand is covered in white powder.

I use the Fiesta blend when i make mac and cheese ,pasta dishes in fact any dish that calls for cheese. The flavor is perfect for any food that calls for cheese it is not extremely salty which I am not allowed but the cheesy taste needed for many dishes I make.

Fiesta Shredded Cheese is always a staple in my refrigerator. The quality is consistently good, it melts well, and has a great flavor. I use it on tacos, casseroles, omelets, and more. It's one of those must-have items that I purchase again and again.

This cheese has always been good. I put it on tortilla chips, pop them in the microwave for about 30 to 45 seconds and its melted just enough to stick to the chips and tastes amazing. It is less messy than melting cheese in a bowl to dip the chips in.

This is our go-to cheese for Mexican food style dishes. It's a good blend for American tastes in Mexican-style foods. There's much better flavored cheeses out there that we prefer, but for something that's a must-have for quick Mexican-style easy snacks, this is a must!

I've been really impressed with Great Value Fiesta Blend shredded cheese. It melts great, has a delicious flavor, and is perfect for tacos, casseroles, quesadillas, and pretty much anything that needs a little extra cheese. I love having it already shredded and ready to go. It's affordable, tastes great, and has become a staple in our fridge!

This product is not for me. The flavor was absent. I am aware that many grated cheese products are coated with a preservative substance, and when the cheese is pre-grated finely, the flavor suffers that much more than coarser grating or block cheese that is not grated. This cheese was very bland!
