Great Value Freeze Dried Apple Crisps, Multi Pack, 6 Count, 0.35 oz

These are my new favorite snack - and Walmart was offering freeze dried fruit at a very reasonable price until I'll the most recent price hike from $2. something to over $4.00, so I only buy these from Walmart now out of convenience. Aldi is selling just as good a product for under $3.00 so I am getting them from there mostly.

I remember loving freeze dried apples when I was a kid, and decades later, that hasn't changed. These are a great deal -- a better price than I can find anywhere else, and the perfect size bags for snacks. The flavor and texture is just perfect -- even my dog tries to steal a few every time I open a bag! And if you're watching calories, these freeze dried apples are a sweet, tasty, low-cal option!

These are great little snacks. No artificial stuff...just apples. They satisfy the sweet cravings without added sugar. The individual packs are convenient for on the go, and would be great for emergency bags. I like the texture of these better than the crispy dehydrated ones. My 3 year old granddaughter loves them as well. I just wish freeze dried items weren't quite so pricey, but still cheaper than most candy bars, and a lot healthier. I would definitely recommend these.

Delicious and crispy! Much better than the brand with the “mouse” on the packaging. They're also less expensive than the “mouse” brand. I bought the six pack box that's available. They're the perfect snack when you're craving sweet, crispy and affordable. If this describes you, this may be the snack for you! They also have more product than the “mouse” brand. They're great!

These crisps are excellent. The Apple and Asian Pear are very flavorful. Ordered the variety pack first which included strawberry/banana also. Not a fan of that one. Wish I could find the Asian Pear 6 pack by itself like the Apple. Great snack. Doesn't spike my blood sugar like I thought it would which is a huge plus.

My whole family loves these freeze dried apples! They are a great healthy snack that's quick and easy. We love to pack them as snacks on the go, on roadtrips, in school snacks and lunches and just to snack on at home. I love that they are just pure apples with no added ingredients at all.

I love this, and so does my dog! No peels or seeds or stems! I also like to rehydrate these in my homemade old fashioned oats in oatmeal for breakfast! great for snacks. If you wear dentures as I do, and you miss being able to eat apples, this is the next best thing, soft and easy to chew! perfect!!

These are very tasty and provide a quick snack especially when golfing. My one complaint is how difficult the bag is to open. I often have to use a sideways key or some other sharp device to open it (despite there being a clear 'tear here' notation).

These used to be my favorite snack. I have stomach issues so it was one of the things on a very short list that I could eat. They used to be beautiful apple slices with of course some broken pieces, but otherwise, just Apple. Now, you have to carefully inspect each little piece, and they are mostly little pieces, because 3/4 of them have skin or core or are mostly skin or core. I have to sit with a packing knife and cut off the hard pieces. Some pieces are entirely from the core, and I just throw them away. I can no longer serve these to my elderly father for fear he would choke. I would never give them to a child. Shame on the company for cheaping out on, and cheating, their customers.

Everything about this changed w/o warning! The box, the packaging for the apples (way smaller) %26 the apples. Ive been buying these for my toddler since she began solids every week...Ive purchased them for months! It was one of her 1st snacks %26 she has loved them from day 1. Now there's no way she can eat these. They were clearly too hard (even for me) plus waayyyy less apples than before! I can't believe my daughter's favorite snack is now gone! So frustrating!
