Great Value Freeze-Dried Chives, 0.22 oz

I have a cheese ball recipe that calls for these. I only make it 2 or 3 times a year so this is a great size. Freeze dried chives don't hold up well over time. This size is perfect for my use %26 there's not much if anything left over to have to store till next year.

Theses freeze dried chives are an excellent substitute for some of the BIG name brands costing more $. I would not hesitate to purchase these again. thank you Walmart for another great product at a great price!!! They go great on a baked potato with sour cream and some bacon!!!

GV freeze-dried Chives are terrific, and reconsitute in cooking foods / sauces just like GV minced dried onion. Adds a terrific flavor boost to all savory meals.

I buy all this brands for my seasoning.Because for a dollar that's cheap, go to Stop %26 Shop.The same kind is three ninety nine I could buy three of them at walmart and it tastes delicious

Awesome taste! Very fresh. I put this on potato chips and corn snacks, and in the dip too! Baked potatoes and salads are next. It really is a Great Value! 😉

I always have these on hand, in case I run out of green onion. These are great on baked potatoes, great in all dips, and to add to so many recipes, and they are way less expensive.

Taste was what I expected, the Chive variety must have been a little different than what I'm used to, the pieces were fairly large. No difference really in taste.

These freeze dried chives are a solid pantry staple. They add a nice fresh flavor to scrambled eggs, baked potatoes, soups, and dips without having to chop anything. For a dried product, the taste is surprisingly bright and they blend well into warm dishes. The bottle is on the petite side, so it doesn't last very long if you use chives regularly. It does come with a shaker top, but I usually just take the lid off completely because it's easier to control how much I'm using. Overall, it's convenient, flavorful, and worth keeping in the spice cabinet. Definitely a good buy for the price.

Easier than chopping my own. Every time I buy fresh chives, they're wilted before I cook a recipe calling for fresh chives. What a waste of money. So, I got these dried chives to stop wasting money

Very disappointed the bottle of Dried Chives was not full bottle. Jar was 1/4 empty. We thought someone had opened it? We removed the cap to see if the inner seal was removed - it was not! On-line picture shows FULL bottle if item settled picture should have reflected it. For the price and ounces we expected a full bottle. Had we not needed it for Thanksgiving Day we would have returned.
