These are great. You get an instant kick of strawberry flavor, and it's always been consistent. Is it as good as the best fresh, in-season fruit? No, but it's pretty darn good and certainly better than any out-of-season slop. As with any freeze dried fruit though, it's an expensive habit to have: you're paying north of $50/lb for these. That's just the nature of freeze dried fruit though.
I love these freeze-dried strawberries. Every morning, I have greek yogurt with granola, and top it with a small handful of these strawberries. They are so flavorful. I love strawberries, but there's always a few that have either gone bad or aren't ripe enough. Having them this way never disappoints. They're consistently tasty! Even my bunny loves them and will only eat the freeze-dried. The price seems less than other brands I've seen. Still a little pricey, so I only use as a topper to make the bag last longer. My bunny gets one as a treat in the morning and at night.
This item is great for diabetics. I just wish you would carry enough in stock. This item is great for diabetics. I just wish you would carry enough in stock.
These are the best dried fruit I've ever eaten. They have the perfect amount of sweetness and crunch. I think the fact that they are sliced contributes to the great texture. I love them added to granola.
The %2310 can by some companies is occasionally less expensive and the similar fd package at Sam's club is also a goodish price. These fd berries seem to be "frozen" at peak ripeness. I've enjoyed several bags.
bought these to add to my special k red berries, thinking how few there are in the actual box thereof 😔, there are so many it could stretch for a 2nd box but Im keeping the extras for something like french toast or ice cream, a delightful addition. a crispy and sweet treat for salads, lunches, for adult to kids
I don't typically buy this product but my grandchildren were visited and they love them. As I was getting a few for them, I sampled them and was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Yum!
These are so incredibly tasty, they are almost addictive. There's no other way to describe it! My toddler loves them and could eat an entire bag In a day if I let her. Light weight and great for travel and a snack on the go.
Price has gone up on all fruit, freeze dried and fresh and canned. The income that can afford fruit is the income of the wealthy. Most of us are not in that income bracket. And they wonder why we age more quickly and need more healthcare. We kids lived on white bread mayo sandwiches and babies drank sweet tea in their bottles. I worked hard to keep my children fed well, going without to do that. Our generation believed that working harder, smarter and longer would pull us up and it did for about thirty years. Maybe some Walmart dividends need to fall short. Join the regular people.
I usually get a different brand from the Dollar tree , and I love the taste of those, these Great Value have an aftertaste to theme that I'm not very fond of.
