just just as good as Pop-Tart brand don't have to pay as much these are my mother's favorite flavor so I get them for her and she absolutely loves them and I do too when I have once in awhile and it's crazy there's just no difference you're always your paying for is a brand name but you're getting the same beautiful taste by buying the Great Value ones don't waste your time with brand names
Stocking Up Our Pantry So We Decided To Add Some Of Our Favorite Treats, Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon Toaster Pastries. We Love Them And We Know We Need These In Our Pantry. They Are Inexpensive And Delicious. What More Can I Say. I Highly Recommend
the value of this product is spot on it is cheaper than its competitor which is Pop-Tarts I'd have to sit the two down side by side to tell you that there's a difference but for me there's not I'm just saving money the quality is great the quantity it's great devalue is great I'll say this I noticed things that most people don't notice I have never found but one and I can't remember what it was great value product that was thought of first rate quality and in a category of A how much things are graded from A to F. just like in the dirtiest industry dairies are rated from a to f if you do have they rated them you wouldn't drink milk no more LOL but there's nothing wrong with it it won't hurt you it's clean but your smaller more family-run dairies will have an a rating because they care more big commercial theory just milking thousands ahead of cattle a day they care but the cows don't receive personal love and we're way out for the Pop-Tart thing but every Great value product is exactly what it says it's name is a great value
I've always been a fan of Pop•Tarts and similar toaster pastries. My son is, too. However, my son gets sick from soy and Pop•Tarts have a lot of soy. Great Value toaster pastries, though, do not. I keep brown sugar cinnamon and strawberry on hand for fast snacks and breakfasts. He'll even pick these over pancakes.
Tastes exactly like the brand name. Sometimes the generic brands have less icing than the name brand, but these tasted and looked exactly the same. Not the healthiest thing in the world, but a delicious breakfast or snack item. Kind of wish they came in single packs instead of two to a pack, but still great stuff, especially for the price.
About these pop tarts with the great value name attached. i brought them home and opened them up. And I found the quality and the taste is just as good as the popular brands. i continue to purchase them and i love having them for a snack. Or for breakfast or anytime they're fantastic!
I don't think Great value brand is too much unlike a brand name so therefore since the price of Great value is cheaper that is what I would buy. it has been some time since I've bought it and I noticed it has went up a few cents, but still quite a bit cheaper than a brand name.
I would have given them 5 stars, but GV seems to be having difficulties spreading the frosting on these, many times leaving nearly one half the treat unfrosted. And without the frosting you get a somewhat tasteless and dry...something. BUT, I buy these all the time and enjoy them greatly!
Sometimes you just NEED a toaster pastry and the brown sugar and cinnamon is my favorite though the icing seems to never spread out far enough. Sometimes the icing has covered less that half of the pastery. Between the lack of icing and my " dry mouth" days sometimes when I heat them I'll add a little butter to the back. It's almost like butter on toast, especially for the areas with no icing. But I love the taste with or without butter. the good thing is I can eat them heated, not heated, heated with butter, or I simply grab a foil pack of two and eat them in my car when I have an appointment.
So Immediately noticed the foil doesn't say what kinda it was like it has since as long as I known. AND THEN after the first bite immediately noticed there isn't near as much filling as there always has been! Now there is nothing special or worth the money flavor is gone. I was buying these 2 boxes every Walmart trip. Was my fave munchie treat to run to
