Do the cooking in an Air Fryer and line it with paper but before You place it in do this. Nuggets has seasoning but for a touch of fun I put it in a mixing bowl with a hint of Great Value house dressing and mix. Checking on it to turn the nuggets around push it back into the fryer. Nice and golden and PLEASE!! Great Value has very good products and cost will Not break the bank. Go to the dressings are located and grab the Great Value Honey Mustard Dressing, DRESSING! Makes a good dipping sauce and calories very low! Chicken has protein add a green salad w/spinach it's in the same store Walmart. I made with the nuggets Great Value potatoes wedges and kids are going to enjoy it. Nuggets are a good way to pick at!? 1st thing, affordable, large bag of more nuggets then the others, low in calories, and I'm getting protein. I made extra one night and put it in the fridge. As I'm rushing in the morning I remembered 🤔 that I had chicken nuggets 🙄? In a ziplock bag so I grabbed and go. Held me until I got my duties done. Great for the kids, grandkids. Also air fryer makes it a bit crispier and add it as a topping to cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup just chop it up and place it on the top. Goes Great with tomato soup a nice touch. Corn Chowder I no longer use pork and I will chop the nuggets and place it on top of the chowder. Walmart also has chicken strips by Great Value and You can use it as I described it for the nuggets. Ahhh, topping for pizza 🍕
These nuggets are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and cook really well in the air fryer. They're perfect for quick lunches, busy weeknight dinners, or after-school snacks for kids. The flavor is surprisingly good for a budget-friendly brand, and they pair great with ranch, BBQ sauce, or ketchup. Definitely one of those freezer staples we keep buying again and again.
Must have for family or if your by yourself. Leave one pack in the fridge and one frozen (thaws out to perfect freshness). Tastes very close to fresh sliced turkey meat. Healthy alternative, very convenient and stays fresh for a while. Use for sandwiches or wraps to get high protein and low fat (low salt too).
I need grandson loves these so I buy them all the time for him. I recently was complaining that the opening for the smaller bag is too small. You can barely get your hand in there and you can only get like maybe one or two nuggets out so I called the Walmart customer service and told them couple weeks later my daughter's getting the bag out of the freezer and it's got a big opening from side to side, which is great no greasy nugget stuff on your hands and you can get more than one or two at a time out. Walmart is so awesome.!!
Let's be real: sometimes you just need a mountain of nuggets at a moment's notice. These crisp up perfectly in the air fryer, taste great, and cost a fraction of the fast food drive thru. They are the definition of low effort, highreward comfort food.
These chicken nuggets are a must have in my freezer for lazy meals and they are consistently meaty with no gristle every single time. They come out perfectly crispy in the air fryer, great in the oven, and even hold up in the microwave when you are short on time. I have even gotten creative and used them sliced up for fajitas for a quick weeknight dinner that the whole family loves. These are not your average ham and cheese lunchable situation, this is a real satisfying meal any time of day.
The nuggets are good, the consistency and breading is great. I like them and would order again. That dang bag opening, however, is a joke. The nuggets either miss it entirely or just don't come out. I cut the entire bag open for ease of access. A better bag design has to be possible!
These are what I call kiddie nuggets! They don't have a lot of chicken inside but they have a good taste and texture, unless you microwave them, then you have a mushy mess. so bake, deep dry, or air fry. these are ok for kids but I'll stick to the chicken strips.
I am not a big fan of the Great Value Fully Cooked Chicken Nuggets, and I have to be honest because I usually love Great Value products, often more than the name brands. These nuggets are mostly crumbs with a rubbery texture, and after trying them three different times, I feel confident saying they are not for me. Each time, the pieces crumbled in the package and even more after cooking, making them hard to serve. The flavor tastes off, almost fake, and not very seasoned. The texture is unpleasant, and for the price, the quality just is not there. At this point, three strikes is enough. I think the recipe needs to be reworked so the breading actually stays on and the flavor is improved, because whatever seasoning they are using now leaves an odd aftertaste and does not sit well. It is simply not a product I would buy again.
These are great for simple meals and for picky eaters. they have a consistent easy texture. if someone in your family is picky due too sensory issues I also suffer form this problem and I am easily able to enjoy these nuggets which isn't an easy thing for me to do. plus the taste is pretty good too.
