The packaging may be different, but these chips are pretty much the same as Cool Ranch Doritos. There may be a hint less seasoning on these Great Value chips, but hard to tell. Put them in a bowl, and you probably couldn't tell the difference. Great crunch, delicious cool taste. Leaves your fingers dirty, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Great for a snack or a side. Not terribly healthy, but tasty. I buy them regular, so I'd recommend them.
It's just as tasty as Doritos. You can usually tell when you are eating store brand chips. These are different. These aren't like that. It is loaded with ranch seasoning. Honestly, these remind me of the Doritos from the late 80s - early 90s. Love that!!
Listen, these are good! I think they're a touch sweeter than the original brands flavor, but in my opinion it's an improvement. I like the other brand just fine. We bought these because we're on a strict budget and my men pack their lunches to work, they both like these. A lot of times the store brand chips are too thick, so even if the flavor is good, the texture is off. These are a little thicker than the regular ones, but I don't feel like they're so thick that they cause a texture overload. If you DON'T think of them as replacing the other brand but just as another chip flavor you'll find yourself wanting more!
these chips are really good I like to snack on them at night while I'm watching TV. and I mainly used for my taco dish. and a great value brand they're just as good as Doritos because they're more expensive so I always go with great value brand. when you're on a budget you buy what you can afford
Tasty, and finger messy--just the way our family loves it! In fact, my husband prefers these to the more expensive brand. Most of the chips were not crushed, but I just use the crushed ones on casseroles or salads.
great taste and much cheaper than vrand name! People won't know the difference if you serve them out of the bag!!!
these are old Bravos brand cool ranch, if you remember those. blow cool ranch Doritos out of the WATER
These chips are so inconsistent in flavour and in crispiness or texture. Sometimes the seasoning is spot on but the inconsistencies make it a perhaps purchase instead of a must buy
The bag doesnt have enough glue or isnt being sealed properly with this new packaging. the "seal" down the back of the bag came apart leaving the chips all the floor. when looking at it the rest was easily opened without force. as stated no glue or heat seal failed.
This is my first time buying these chips. I can't see a reason for there to be a second time. There is quite literally nothing on them. No salt, no ranch flavoring, not even a tiny speck.
