Great for popcorn!
I've been popping my popcorn in it! 1T per 1/4 cup kernels…and/or melt some in microwave to drizzle on top! It adds the most delicious butteriness! I also add a tiny bit of fine butter-flavored salt. When popping kettle corn with sugar, use ghee as the oil. So good!

Tastes awful— don't buy
Don't be cheap like I decided to be! If you want great tasting ghee, spend a little more. This Great Value ghee tastes like plastic or something, idk. I bought quality ghee before this one and it was delicious. I tried saving a few bucks this time, and I ended up wasting money because I cannot eat this and it is going in the trash! Even smells chemically. Only 2 stars instead of 1 for not having extra ingredients... but something is def not right!!!!

Tastes and smells awful..like chemicals. Probably doesn't help that it's in a plastic jar. Wouldn't recommend for eating as a spread.
