Great Value Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt, 32 oz, Tub

This is the only Greek Yogurt I buy. I've tried brands and more brands and the others are much thinner; more the viscosity of buttermilk than a nice firm yogurt. I started using it as a replacement for sour cream, because the taste and texture are correct. It also means one less tub of something in the fridge. I use it on burritos, I add it to chili sometimes, I use it like dip for corn chips as a snack. I make lovely creamy salad dressings with it. I use it to mix beautiful smoothies. I mix granola into it and eat it like it was pudding. I mix a pineapple cup into it for a sweet snack that borders on being a meal. I have texture and mouth feel issues and this Greek Yogurt in the Great Value brand is perfect in every way; it ticks all my boxes.

Great Value plain nonfat Greek yogurt is so creamy and tasty! The price is wonderful and allows me to get plenty of protein at an affordable price. I appreciate that there are active cultures in the yogurt for gut health and no added sugar! To sweeten it up, I just add fruit and maybe a dash of vanilla. I'll never stop buying this yogurt, it is critical to my health and protein intake. I'm eating a half gallon of the yogurt every week while losing weight and gaining muscle. It is always in our fridge. You can't beat the price for what you're getting. 85 grams of protein per 32 ounce container. Just 100 calories per serving (17 grams of protein per 170 gram serving). I'm very pleased and tell everyone I know to buy this yogurt!

There are fancier, "better" Greek Yogurts. But I eat GY every day for digestive purposes, and I vary it with nuts. flavors, fruit, etc. It also seems that a lot of te fancier ones have added things that increase the fat/calorie content. This has two ingredients: Yo and gurt. it's fine. It also goes well into sauces, etc.

I never expected to like the unsweetened, unflavored yogurt but having the option to flavor it with my own ingredients to my taste and needs makes this a great choice. I can control the sugar and carbs for a diet friendly choice. It’s great for breakfast, snack or any time. I have been experimenting with recipes!

This nonfat Greek yogurt is incredibly creamy and smooth, even without the fat. I use it for everything—from smoothies and sauces to baking and breakfast bowls. It has a clean taste, no added sugar, and the 32 oz tub lasts well in the fridge. Great price for the quality!

Excellent! This yogurt is every bit as good as brand name yogurts for HALF THE PRICE!!! Each time I open the container I pour a slight bit of water off the top which is insignificant. This is the best yogurt for the best price on the market today. I’ve converted many friends who no longer spend double or more for yogurt that contains exactly the same ingredients with the same great flavor and texture.

Great deal on good old plain Greek yogurt. I can't figure out why I'd buy Chobani for double the price! Perhaps it's a tad better on texture, but not so much you'd notice in a smoothie, which is how I use this yogurt. Protein content is the same. Plus I suggest sticking with non-flavored yogurt -- you can add fruit and/or honey/maple syrup or whatever. You don't need more refined sugar or artificial sweeteners!

I use this in overnight oats, as a base for parfaits and to make dressings healthier by combining it w/mayo or sour cream. It's. thick and stays fresh for 2 weeks. The tart taste can be sweetened w/honey or maple syrup, and it's versatile for any occasion when yogurt is called for. It has no active cultures, but it's the lowest cost oer volume.

I bought this yogurt for Walmart Pickup and don’t know what the issue is but it was immediately put in my fridge when I got home. I pulled it out maybe an hour later and (after mixing thoroughly) the texture is very liquidy and has a texture to it, even though the expiration shows a month from now. I tasted it to see if maybe the texture was just off, but no, it was horrid.

tastes like puke. i don't know if something happened to mine while in transit or what, but the plain greek yogurt from the great value brand is awful. i got it to cut down on sugar-filled yogurt, wanting to add honey and fruit, some almonds and a bit of fiber powder. big mistake. first bite was awful, i knew something was wrong immediately. my mouth went totally dry as if my taste buds curled up and died, a really bad after taste as if i drank a mouthfull of expired milk. the texture is thin and goopy, the complete opposite of what greek yogurt should be. i'd rather take extra insulin and deal with the amount of sugar in the vanilla greek yogurt than ever look at this stuff ever again.
