Awful - horrible
The pretzel sticks arrived mostly broken. I tried melting the chocolate for over 10 minutes because it didn't melt in two minutes, and it always ended up as a hard paste that wouldn't stick to the pretzel, almost as if it were old or spoiled. On top of that, the chocolate dries very quickly and doesn't adhere to the pretzel. Also, be careful with the microwave, because when I put the container in it, the bottom has a black seal that stuck to the microwave's glass plate.

lacking
Most of the pretzels were broken, and there were only enough chocolate flakes to melt for 8 rods. There was plenty of eye candy. It's a cute concept, but it's lacking in many ways.

Not worth the money
We bought one of these kits last season and the kids loved it so I ordered another one this year. This year's kit was awful! Chocolate wouldn't melt down! The more I tried, the worse it got. Total waste of money!

I don't know how this product was because every time we went to pick it up at the store they wouldn't give it to us. Neither curbside pickup or inside store pickup.
