The wax didn't drip and the sticks in the bottom allow the candle to not be pushed all the way into the cake

Read Before You Buy - Candle May Break In Shipping
I kind of hate giving this a poor rating because the candle itself was very pretty but the way Walmart packaged it was abysmal. It was shoved in one box with all the other items with no padding or protection. Like I've seen in other reviews it arrived snapped in half - and I needed to use it the same day. Thankfully there are posts on either end of the candle so you can kind of press the 2 pieces together to make it look somewhat intact. It ended up working out ok but I wouldn't buy it again nor recommend it.

the gold flake had com off the candle in spots. i didnt end up using the candle as the letters werent complete.
