Great Value Hickory Smoked Fully Cooked Thick Cut Bacon, 2.1 oz

This precooked bacon makes life so easy. No greasy pans to wash. No splatter all over the stove. Just put enough into the microwave and cook it just the way you like it. I don't think I'll ever go back to the one that makes a mess. This comes out perfect every time.

I was surprised about how good this bacon was. I always get the Oscar mare. I don't buy anything but Oscar mayor and it was unavailable. So I allowed the substitution and got this baking, and I was extremely impressed about the freshness, the taste in everything about it. Perfect, absolutely delicious.

I saw a lot of negative reviews on this item, but I wanted to try it for myself. I thought it tasted good. I don’t believe there’s 3 1/2 servings in the container, especially if you’re making a bacon sandwich or something. But as far as the flavor and everything went, it was fine by me.

Shelf stable bacon is a great way to keep bacon on hand for those sudden BLT craving emergencies. (What? You don't get those?) Not only that, but it's the easiest way to prepare bacon IMO. Just sandwich a few strips between some paper towels, place the "sandwich" on a paper plate, and pop the whole thing into the microwave for a few seconds (time varies with wattage and how crisp you like your bacon). The paper soaks up the excess grease and makes clean-up a breeze. Just make sure your paper products are microwave safe. Great for sandwiches (BLT!), bacon cheeseburgers, crumbling over a green salad, or for a quick breakfast alongside some scrambled eggs or pancakes.

This Great Value Fully Cooked Bacon is delicious and a good value. However the package states: Thick Cut which I expected thicker slices than this picture shows. The bacon is really tasty and hickory smoked flavor. I will definitely buy this again!

Tasty, quick way to jazz up a dish or make a quick BLT. I PICK OFF most of the FAT part, it freezes well since it takes me a while to use up the generous portion. It could be less salty and Price could be lower however … it’s tasty and EZ and that works for me.

Surprisingly Good Bacon 🥓 . The recommendation cooking time is spot on. I don’t know if it made them absolutely perfect……but I left them in the microwave after the recommended cook time till I needed to assemble in BLT 🥪 or until toast and eggs were assembled on plate. I’m super happy I finally purchased this product.

I’ve purchased this item many times with no issues. This time there was too much fat and hardly any bacon! I was really disappointed. Of course the other half looked worse. There were no complete slices. It was just a bunch of random pieces. And more fat than the picture below.

This is the first Great Value product that is a disappointment. It is supposed to be thick cut. It is paper thin so you can hardly separate slices.. No hickory smoked flavor. It has actually very little flavor. Low quality and low quantity for the price. Recommend you don’t buy!

Literally one of the worst things I have ever put in my mouth. Tastes like a bandaid bus and fake play food from the 90’s came together to create this abomination. Zero stars, don’t buy this unless you want it to suck all of the joy out of your day when you consume it.
