Great Value Hickory Smoked Lower Sodium Bacon, 16 oz

I picked up this lower sodium bacon hoping it would taste at least decent, and it turned out to be some of the best regular cut bacon I’ve ever had. We’re never going back to the higher-salt version. I still have to watch how much I eat, but now I can truly enjoy bacon again.

I made a fresh strawberry glaze to go on top of this cheesecake and I can’t tell you how many comments I got about how delicious it was. I served it cool. It was so creamy. Strawberry was the perfect compliment. And I suggest a little dollop of Reddi whip on top.

It tastes fresh instead of frozen. I found a couple of slices in my deep freezer from a year and a half ago and it was as fresh as new. I am completely amazed by the quality!

Remarkably rich tasty cheese cake. I keep one in the freezer for the two of us, or the unexpected opportunity to pull out for others. It thaws quickly enough and is easy to embellish with topping. Remove the papere dividers before it thaws so it stays nice and neat.

This cheesecake is delicious and almost as good as homemade. I've been making cheesecakes since I was a teenager and that was 62 years ago! My aunt was our family's "best" baker and she taught me her recipe/s and hints for great cheesecake. Sometimes I just don't have time to make a cheesecake, and this Member's Mark New York Style Cheesecake is as close to homemade as can be. Give it a try!

Absolutely delicious! I was able to separate slices so my husband and I could enjoy a slice without having to defrost the entire cake. Well worth the price!

This cheesecake alone is delicious but its like a blank canvas that you can create superior desserts by adding fresh fruit, chocolate ganache, caramel sauce, kataffi and pistachio butter and chocolate ganache. The add ons are only limited by your imagination!

I have several medical conditions requiring me to be on a low carb, no sugar, low sodium diet. I had to give up cereal and coffee for breakfast and switch to a higher protein breakfast. I eat these almost every day. They are relatively low in calories and lower in sodium that other bacon. Last I checked this is sugar free. They are still higher in salt that most of the things I eat but every little bit helps. They taste great and can be used in a lot of things besides eggs and bacon. For example, potatoes and broccoli and cheese.

My concern is about the bacon that was delivered to my mom. One package of bacon had a different color from the other package. I hope someone checks expiration dates when filling the order. My mom’s vision isn’t good at all and she couldn’t find the dates on either package. I’m not saying there is a date or not. She just can’t find it.

I’ve tried alternatives for bacon but I can’t get used to liking plant based bacon or turkey bacon. I’m very happy great value makes a lower sodium bacon. Life would be boring without bacon. I cook the whole package and crumble some for egg cups or toast add to a sandwich
