I like the look and feel of the bottles. Even though they're 20 oz, it feels like the 16.9 oz. I get good hyration from this water. If only they could have more inventory to keep up with the demand.

Package arrived intact! Expected leakage. But it was packed so well. Strange taste for Alkaline water compared to the other Alkaline water I've had. Guess takes some getting used too. Not a terrible taste! Just different.

I'm not sure how the Fed Ex driver was able to pick up the box. The box fell apart when I attempted to pick it up. Very poor packaging for such a heavy item.

next time you have FedEx delivered something that heavy can they actually put it in front of my door instead of me carrying it down the stairs myself.

Half the bottles were leaking there was water everywhere and made a mess in my house. Terrible shipping process terrible customer service went through the chat. Tried reaching out no option for a refund without shipping back all these broken bottles. How do you ship back water… it's all over my house

the water was put in a box, but no padding, and the box was way too big and when delivered it was put upside down and when i opened it, some of the bottle tops were crunched and a little leakage came from 3 bottles... it was a nice that was WAYYYYYYY TOOOOO BIG.....

I am disappointed that I bought 5 cases of water and only got 4 delivered of the alkaline water. They didn't take a photo of the delivery because whoever left it, knew they didn't leave all the items. This person should be investigated because if I am missing one case of water , imagine what else are the other people missing. Not acceptable. My first time ordering online from Walmart and I am so disappointed from this.

Packaging was damaged seal broken then packing taped up and around. Missing water out of the case and FedEx delivered it somebody is stealing rather it's the shipper or deliverer!

packaged well for shipping but 3 of the bottles were leaking and moisture all over. Walmart expected me to return this heavy case of water that I could hardly lift rather than refund. Never again.
