use for things like oatmeal creamer in tea etc. but I didn't expect it to taste as close to real milk as it does. I'm just tired of milk going bad on me living alone makes grocery shopping difficult to keep food and drinks from going bad before u can eat/drink it all. overall better quality than expected

Powdered milk is probably not the best tasting milk is to just drink it but do use it in recipes. I don't see any difference in it and it's cheaper than the regular milk and goes a longer way and I use it all the time I will keep buying a good price too.

Tastes just like real milk and don't even need the refrigerator and can be used way longer than real milk. This is the cheapest one compared to other grocery brick and mortar stores and even online but this should cost $7 not this current price of almost $10

I buy this milk as an extra pantry product to make sure that we have some milk when we run out of the low fat cow milk. I also use it to cook our oatmeal sometimes, again when we are out of the cow milk and also use it in my coffee as well. The oatmeal comes out very tasty, creamy, and smooth. I put cinnamon and vanilla in it. Actually, with this staple in my pantry I never run out of milk.

As a kid growing up in the 1960s-70s, we were a big 'cash-strapped' family, hungry all the time. Back in the old horse and buggy days, we had Carnation instant milk. It smelled funny and tasted worse, and was indestructible. But my parents' buying a gallon of regular milk with 8 hungry kids was nonexistent. As an adult, I swore off any form of 'non-fat-dry-milk.' Even the term 'non-fat-dry-milk' makes my blood curdle (get it? haha). Anyway, as adults in the kitchen, occasionally a recipe calls for 'a half-cup-of-milk.' Even the smallest container is more than a half-cup, so the remainder goes to waste. Enter 'non-fat-dry-milk', a bag of the Great Value NFDM can sit on your shelf for years, (See I told you that stuff is indestructible) with the occasional use, make sure you seal the bag tight when you're done so this precious elixer lasts and lasts forever, (which it will). A seriously great alternative to wasting milk when you don't drink it anymore. That's all, folks!

Really good meal for the trash you cannot beat it. I love it because you can keep it forever if you want to and it won't spoil like milk in the car that's why I bought and it's really good. I put it in my carnation instant breakfast all the time I make cornbread with it I do it. I use it for everything good

I try to keep some powdered milk because I have a few recipes that require it. I ordered this when the snow storm was expected and there was no milk left in the stores. I also got some cans of evaporated milk. I made some cocoa using half powdered milk with water and half evaporated milk and it was really good.

A little pricey for the amount of milk you get after reconstuting with water. Better when blended well and chilled thoroughy. You may have to mix it up teally well again after chilling to make sure the silids are not stuck to the bottom of your cintsiner.
