Great Value Italian Style Finely Shredded Cheese, 16 oz Bag

I love this cheese blend and use it on so many dishes from pasta and salads to homemade pizza and garlic bread. I sprinkle it on just about everything. It is a great match with almost all savory ingredients and it the melt is fabulous. It goes from Italian foods to burritos and so much more.

This is really good cheese for making homemade pizza or quesadillas. It melts easily and has a good taste. Shredding cheese yourself is the best, but for shredded/bagged cheese this is good and works great. Not a bad price for convenience either. Bag is resealable.

this is a really nice blend of fine shredded cheese. Balanced and full of flavor. I use it along with some sharp cheddar when I make pizza, and also on my green salad with a creamy Italian dressing.The price for the Great Value brand is significantly less than other brand names and I was concerned and only bought the 8 ounce bag my first purchase. I was very pleased with the flavors and the fine shred...it has become a staple for me now it's great over spaghetti too...I recommend you try it and taste for yourself!

surprised that this cheese is tasty %26 melts perfectly! i am Glad that almost every Great Value product is often better than high dollar name brands!

I love to use this cheese on anything Italian (or thought to be Italian), such as pizza, pasta dishes, even salads. It melts well in the oven (better than mozarella alone), and the taste of the blended cheeses is subtly nuanced. By the way, I've never had anything but success when cooking with Great Value shredded cheese -- every bit as good as name brands.

This cheese combines the strong Italian cheese flavors of Asiago and Parmesan with more neutral mozzarella. It's not too strong to completely replace mozzarella for a more complex and delicious flavor.

For the dollar you guys have the best cheese on the market grated extra sharp cheddar Italian style mozzarella whatever kind of stuff you've got there I'm telling you you got the prices right it's just as good as a high dollar stuff and I really love you guys you're great thank you for all your service

the italian style finely shredded cheese tastes good out of the package, but it's so finely shredded that it doesn't melt well.it didn't have much flavor after it's melted .

I use this cheese to make bread. It has a good flavor and it blends well. It would be good over vegetables with pasta and I use it in my lentil bread to hold it together and give it a yummy texture
