Sprinkle over salads, melt onto toast, and really good for grill cheese sandwiches. But it really shines in Italian foods. Spaghetti, lasagna, stuff shells or just about any other dish you can think of. It's a must have cheese, you can even freeze it.

've been putting this cheese on the top of lasagna and stew and even chili and it's really good. It's a bit stronger taste than just shredded mozzarella, for example, but that's cool, flavor is what it's all about folks. I'm going to try this cheese on my homemade pizza next, definitely looking forward to it.

Not as good as Borden's 6-cheese blend but Wal-Mart doesn't care enough to carry it. Do a half-and-half with the "Smokey" blend and you will get close - costs twice as much that way, but more money for Wal-Mart (provided, of course, that the shelves will miraculously be stocked correctly and they will even have it)

I don't love the regular Great Value shredded cheese and usually buy the organic options if I buy Great Value shredded. This works if you are on a tight budget but not my favorite.

Here's the deal. Look at the packaging. Why can't you say "mozzarella?" I searched for Parmesan, was offered this, which I'm guessing is a walmart version ... whatever. All your other cheeses say things like "cheddar," "provolone," ... why "Italian Style" which means nothing. Cheese is fine, but I wanted Parm ...
