I was a bit nervous at first as our oven didn't work. I just followed the prep guide and it came out tasting divine!!!
Bought this for a community pot luck brunch. Easy directions for preparation. Served with frozen garlic breadsticks to enhance flavor. So good, I've been buying the single serving size each week since. Add side salad for proper nutrition and feed the crowd.
I love prepping this for the family letting them know we are having the italian experience so I also have bread sticks with it and a salad for the full experience. It's never a disappointment. This is a filling meal for a family of 6. It's perfect for my food budget as well.
At first, I was hesitant about buying this Walmart brand lasagna but this has become my go to brand whenever I purchase frozen lasagna. This Walmart three meat lasagna is loaded with meat and taste delicious especially with Walmart brand garlic bread.
To start, I scanned the directions for the cooking temp and time. BUT, I missed the vital part of “tenting” the lid over the lasagna until the last 10 mins. As soon as I read this, I opened the oven and saw the top layer was charred! Luckily, it easily came off in one big piece. I had a little shredded mozzarella cheese to sprinkle on and I also hand and some provolone slices then back in the oven for a few minutes. It was GREAT! Did not taste burned. I will definitely buy again.
This Item was not layered correctly but globed by single ingredients throughout the pan and sauce in one area and cheeses sauce in another and no cheese on top even after adding additional cheese on top and cooking it smelled burnt from all the product wich ran up and over the pan and tasted funny leaving me to think maybe this was thawed and refrozen and that is what disproportioned the ingredients so I decided against feeding this to My Family
No matter how long I cooked it it was watery I had to throw away
cooked per instructions and cant believe that I paid over 12 bucks for this crap. Must have had a half of cup of water in the food after cooked. The sauce was nothing but water and boy not even close to what the picture on the box shows.
$15 is what they charge you for their brand of soupy sauce with noodles. This isn't even close to Lasagna. Walmart should be ashamed for what they are selling to us!
What a waste of money
