These large tortillas are soft fresh and soft. They're easy to manipulate for wrapping whatever food we place in them. They hold together well while also being so soft. The flavor is exactly right for what it is. The zip top bag keeps whatever ones you dont use right away fresh and soft.
I'm no expert on these but all of the GV tortillas I buy are acceptable and low priced. These don't mold easily. We need a whole grain, not whole wheat, version of these but if you are going to eat white flour this is the smartest choice. Never tried a home made tortilla, probably much better.
If you're like me and prefer a quality tortilla without the name-brand price tag, look no further than Great Value burrito tortillas. These are my absolute favorite and have completely replaced the more expensive brands in my pantry. They're the go-to for all my burrito nights and are a must-have in my kitchen.
These were perfect for my needs. I made some fabulous burrito supremes that TB would be jealous of. These shells worked wonderfully and held together very well. No cracks or messy drips. I always slip things I think will be messy to eat into a sandwich bag anyway. That helps greatly to keep things together and contain any drips or leaks. It also works well to keep my hands clean when eating messy foods. I really packed these shells, and they held up very well. They are soft, tasted fresh, and are plenty big enough to handle lots of burrito stuffings. I'm going to try these with fajitas too in place of the usual taco sized shells.
I like this brand just as much as the name brands and it saves me a lot! ... Makes great small pizzas in the skillet or great hot wraps in the microwave.... My kids love them to! I found, this is the best size to get creative with... Holds more and easier to fold..... I have also used them to make baked spinich pinwheels.... Be creative and enjoy!!!!!
Delicious and soft, these tortillas let your toppings be the star. My only "complaint" is that the bags are sometimes hard to reseal, especially for my kids. I'm not sure if its a user error (likely in the case of my children) or not. Either way, these fit into a gallon freezer bag if needed and work for all of our giant tortilla needs!
These tortillas are exactly what you want for burritos. They're large enough to actually wrap fillings without tearing, flexible enough to roll without cracking, and soft even straight out of the package. A quick warm-up makes them even better. They hold up well with chicken, beans, rice, and whatever else you pile on, which is kind of the whole point. No splitting down the middle, no sad leaks, no rage cleanup afterward. Kids like them, adults appreciate them, and leftovers survive being reheated. For the price, the quality is solid and consistent. If you're making burritos, wraps, or quesadillas and want tortillas that just work, these are an easy grab.
i use these for wraps and pizza crust. They are a generous portion for two people and they can be rolled and easily cut into pinwheels for luncheon sandwiches. Tastes great.
My husband likes to get the grilled chicken strips and shredded cheese heated all up and wrapped them up in one of these large flower tortillas and it's honestly pretty good. They're soft enough usually I personally like the low carb ones myself but he loves these so they're all right, and the price is good too.
Are these flour tortillas supposed to be frozen? Well they were when they were delivered to my door step. It solves the mystery of why the tortillas sometimes stick together from previous orders. Advice to Walmart employees, tortillas should not be frozen, it ruins the quality of the product. If you must at least refrigerate
