These work great for ceiling fan lights and porch lights. LED so they will last so long meaning less replacement time. These are 40 watt and are dimmable. I used in my porch light, so not using dimmable feature. The lights are a cool white and nice and subtle.

As a Sparks Reviwer, I was given the Great Value LED Multi-Use 40 watt Soft White Dimmable Candelabra Base light bulbs to give you my honest opinion. I have had these bulbs for 2 weeks now and wanted to wait a bit before I wrote my review to get a real opinion. The light itself is warm and not harsh. They are dimmable however I have not used that part of the bulb. They say that this bulb uses 80% less energy to run and I am a big believer that it does. They are perfect for my vanity in my bedroom. It has the perfect amount of light that I need. They are the Candelabra base so make sure that is the size base you need. They can be used inside and outside. The package says they can last up to 13 years based upon using the for 3 hours or less. I am very impressed so far with them. I do highly recommend them.

I installed these lights using an adapter after i chose the wrong size base. I thought that would affect the amount of light but they are still bright. I now have to purchase two more to complete the look. It really lights up my family room. The only downside is now i'll have to paint to cover the wall imperfections that you can see now....lol. Seriously these lights are great

This low-cost LEDs are some of the brightest 40W replacement bulbs I've seen, especially the higher color temperature daylight varieties, which ring in well above 900 lumens. Upgrading from incandescents is a no-brainer, especially considering that an incandescent will add about $7 to your yearly energy bill, compared to just over a buck from a comparable LED. Highly recommend.

These ceiling fan bulbs are really nice. The soft glow from the light makes it nice to have on especially when you want soft light. I put these in and compared them to what I had already and the difference is really nice. I really like the kind of light these put off in the room.

Great Value LED 5 W (40 Equivalent) A15 Ceiling Fan Frosted Lamp E 12 Candleabra Base, Dimmable, softwhite 2- Pack bulbs are excellent replacement bulbs for a number of lighting fixtures. While the package states that they fit A15 ceiling fanswith E12 candelabra bases, , I found they are the perfect replacement size and shape for the bulbs in the Tiffany style chandelier lighting fixture in my dining room. They cast a brilliant bright white light and are indeed dimmable. I highly recommend them.

I really liked using the Great Value led lightbulb in my dining room. Now that I have been working from hone due to the Covid-19, I have my work station set up in my dining room and this lightbulb is perfect for this area. It is bright for me to see my work and I can also dim the lightbulb if I need too. It was easy to install into my chandelier. I like that it's frosted and makes for a more inviting environment.

First, I didn't read the description of this bulb very carefully until AFTER I got it--it won't fit my ceiling fan because it has the candelabra base and not the standard light bulb base (this has the skinny base like you have on the flame-shaped bulbs in a chandelier). Don't make the same mistake. It's difficult to accurately review a bulb that says it will last 13 years when I've had it less than 13 days, but here are the pros and cons, as I see them now: Pros: • At less than $3 per bulb, the price is right; • I like the shape of the bulb: no plastic base, as on so many dimmable LED's; it's shaped like and looks like a regular incandescent light bulb; • It truly does dim down until it is almost off (sorry the pix aren't great, but you get the idea); • While the light is a warm light (very much like an incandescent light), it is not the garish yellow light some of the warm-light bulbs exude; this is a nice bright but friendly light. Cons: • The bulbs have an imprint on the side that is visible even when the light is on; that is not at all attractive! (You should be able to see it in the dimmed picture.)

It's a 5 watt bulb that seems much brighter than 40 watts which it is to mimic, however it did not fit my ceiling fan I had to buy adapters to try the bulb. I personally would not buy these because they are globe bulbs. I prefer flame tip candelabra bulbs that are same size end as a normal lightbulb. I like that it's led and saves energy but it still gets hot like normal bulbs and I don't like the way they look. Way too bright.
