We have tracks of lighting in our living area high up on our ceiling. These bulbs are difficult to replace as we have to drag the ladder out from the garage. So, it's been very nice to have installed these Great Value light bulbs because they are easy to install and are long lasting. We hope that they will not need to be replaced for a long time. We use these tracks of lighting every evening so with a lesser quality bulb, it means more time on our ladder replacing burned out bulbs. We like the amount of light they emit as well - the light does not interfere or distract us as we watch television. These are great quality bulbs.

I really like this 5 Watt Great Value LED Light Bulb for my daughter's desk lamp. It gives the perfect amount of light for her to do her homework. I like that it gives out 5 watts so there's no high cost of using electricity. I like the shape and that it's shatter resistant. Overall this is a great LED light bulb that can be used in just about any light fixture.

This Great Value LED light bulb is compact, uses 5 watts and is equal to a 30-watt bulb. It's listed as a spotlight/floodlight lamp and it works great in my overhead ceiling fan lights. The openings in the globes on my fan aren't very large and it's always been tight getting regular sized bulbs screwed in, these are easier to install. Dimmable also makes them even more appealing since all of my fan lights have dimmers on them. Even though they are listed as spots, once in the globe of my fan lights, they give off a nice soft glow. The other bulb in my picture is a 60-watt equivalent so the 30 watt soft white bulbs aren't as bright. Good bulbs.

I'm liking these bulbs, they are only 5 watt but they look like a 30 watt when they are turned on. I also like that this is a bulb that I can use as a dimmer. The light is nice and soft when it's on and when I put it on my dimmer it works out nicely. It says that it is 300 lumens, and that it is an estimated .60cent per year to use.

These bulbs are great, I used them in a floor lamp I have and I like the soft light they give, just what I need, not too strong, not so light that I cannot read a book. I think I never seen this shape, I understand it's for floodlight use but it works on my floor lamp. Happy with these!

These bulbs are perfect for my work bench. I do a lot of home repair projects, it seems like something is always breaking down. For the smaller items it's nice to put them on my work bench to take them apart and see what's in need of correcting. I actually enjoy fixing things and it's a lot easier to find the problem and make the neccesary corrections if you can see what you are doing! These bulbs give off plenty of clear white light, they are perfect for over my work bench. They are also fairly small in size so they fit easily into my swing arm light fixture. Being spotlights they rea lly focus the light right onto what's being looked at. I also like the fact that they are LED bulbs so you get 300 lumins of light while using only 5 watts of electricity.

For a 5W LED, I was very impressed. With the soft white filter, it doesn't look any different than an incandescent bulb. Using these in a dining room lighting fixture controlled by a dimmer switch, I was very happy to find that the dimming characteristics were exactly as they should be for a light on a dimmer switch. I strongly recommend these bulbs for anyone wanting to save energy, using a dimmable fixture.
