The Great Value LED Light Bulb 5 Watts made a perfect replacement for the 40 Watt bulbs I had in the ceiling fan and improve the brightness of the room more than I thought it would. Clear, bright light at only 5 Watts consumption, however they do it, is fine by me. To boot they are dimmable which is an added bonus. Couple that with the energy savings one wonders why you would pick any other bulb. I will replace all the conventional bulbs in my house as they go, and that is quite a few. I am very satisfied, and so is my pocket, and will get years of good use out of this product.

I like that these are low watt LED bulbs and the frosted bulb makes for good, not glaring, lighting. I can’t speak to how long they last as I haven’t had them that long but any LED lights I have purchased in the past seem to last longer. I am very happy with these bulbs

This pack comes with 2. They are a standard size and work as they should. Plus is they are Simms or although I do t have that option. I can't speak for longevity because we just got them. But I assume they will last a long time. Good product overall.

I received the GREAT VALUE LED LIGHT BULB, 5 WATTS (40 W EQV.) A15 CEILING FAN FROSTED LAMP E26 BASE, DIMMABLE, SOFT WHITE, 2-PACK at no cost. The following is a true and unbiased review. I've installed in a bedroom ceiling fan. Produces a “soft, subtle, warm white light”. Brightness is 450 lumes. Is suitable for use in damp locations, but an enclosed fixture is required for outdoor use. Product package states that bulbs are 4 watts, lasts 13.7 years (based on 3 hours average use per day) and has a Limited 3 Year Warranty. Made in China. I have to buy another package (2-pk) to finish off the lights (4) on my ceiling fan.

One of my ceiling fans still had some old 60w bulbs in it as they had never been replaced with the new LED bulbs. Got this two pack of bulbs and replaced two of the old 60w bulbs with the new 5w LED bulb. The 5w LED bulb was actually brighter than the old 60w bulbs, now I have to go get two more packages of the 5w bulbs as my ceiling fan has 5 bulbs in it. These bulbs are supposed to last for 13 years and have an annual operating cost of $0.48 That will not break the bank, they are very inexpensive to operate. Would recommend them to anyone needing a bright bulb in their ceiling fan that is long lasting and inexpensive to operate.

I love these bulbs not only do they look super cool with the design in the light bulb they are much brighter and they dont pour off heat like the others I've had. So far I have night lights with the same design and now my ceiling fans. I will for sure buy more. They also last a long time. I am very happy with them.

These lightbulbs have a standard screw in base but the bulb itself is smaller than a regular light bulb. My ceiling fan has space for full size bulbs and since my fixture has a frosted cover, it doesn't matter that the bulbs are clear or not (these are clear).

Great Value LED Light Bulb, 5 Watts (40W Eqv.) A15 Ceiling Fan Lamp E26 Base, Dimmable, Soft White, 2-Pack are nice bulbs. I appreciate the fact that they are dimmable and provide a softer light than standard bulbs. Sets a wonderful ambiance in the room.

I didn't see much of a difference in comparison to the quality or brightness of light then my shatterproof LED light of the same wattage. I'm hoping that maybe it just doesn't use as much electricity and the clear lights look better. Even though it says sift white, it still seems more yellow.
