Great Value LED Light Bulb, 5.5W (40W Equivalent) A15 Frosted Lamp E12 Candelabra Base, Dimmable, Soft White, 2-Pack

THIS IS A GREAT BULB. FIRST OF ALL FOR 5.5 W YOU GET THE EQUIVALENT OF A 40 W BULB WHICH IS SUFFICIENT FOR A COUPLE OF CANDELABRA BULBS. I LIKE THAT IT"S FROSTED AND REALLY DOES TRANSMIT A SOFT WHITE WHICH IS MORE PLEASING TO ME. ALSO YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE ALL CANDELABRA BULBS ARE NOT DIMMABLE UNLESS IT IS STATED ON THE PACKAGE. I HAVEN"T ALWAYS BEEN A BIG FAN OF THE NEW LED BULBS......BUT THIS ONE IS A VERY NICE FIT INTO MY LIGHT FIXTURE.

The Soft White LED Ceiling Fan lights offer an energy-saving alternative to typical incandescent bulbs. They not only save energy but are said to last 13 years, which computes to about 66 cents per bulb per year. These bulbs are frosted and also dimmable, but there is a cautionary note on the package that they may not be compatible with all dimmers. The manufacturer can be contacted for further information regarding dimming capabilities. Consumer Beware: I originally expected these bulbs to fit in my ceiling fan and only to discover the bulbs are designed for ceiling fans with candelabra bases. Fortunately I have other candelabra items that these bulbs can be used with. I would suggest to the manufacturer to make the print of “Candelabra Base” the same size as the “Ceiling Fan Light” on the front of the package.

This is a candelabra base dimmable light bulb. It fits perfectly in our ceiling fan. I like the soft light and the fact that it is frosted and doesn't blind you when you turn it on. Good quality, solid bulb that I recommend to everyone. Well packaged too.

Great value, LED ceiling fan light is dimmable and in a frosted glass. I have come to love great value LED lights in general for all of my lighting needs. They are good quality they last and are cost effective. This pack comes with two bulbs and has a warranty of three years which I have never seen before. I am very happy with my lightbulbs and will purchase again.

These light bulbs casts a soft white light and are great for the bedroom. In the summer, I use my ceiling fan in my bedroom and hang out here in the evenings as it becomes the cooler room. It's great to have this bulb creating a good amount of light that is not harsh. The light is sufficient for reading which I like to do late at night. The advertising on the package states that these bulbs can last 13 years. That would be great and I'd be happy if they will last anything close to that. These are good bulbs; I plan to use the other one in the pack in my kitchen drop lights.

This is a set of two (2) LED ceiling fan light bulbs. These are made by Great Value for Wal-mart. They are soft white and clear glass. Plus, they are dimmable! They are 5.5 LED watts, or the equivalent of a 40 watts light bulb. It says it lasts 13 years, used 3 hours per day. The estimated energy cost is $0.66 per year. It has a 3 yr limited warranty. It is rated for indoor or outdoor enclosed light fixtures.

These are now in my great room dining combo living room ceiling fan and I can really see the difference from the type I was using before. They are softer white and it is perfect mood lighting. I also love that they are dimmable and if they burn out, it looks like I will be able to see that since it is all clear. The best part is they last 13 years and so this will be a long time that I have to worry about replacing them. The fact that they are LED is even better. These are wonderful. I intend to get different sizes for all the different rooms of my house and slowly start changing them all out with these LED bulbs, with reducing chances of a fire.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT THE BULB IS CLEAR AND THE CANDELABRA BASE FITS JUST FINE IN MY LIGHTS. THEY ARE SOFT WHITE AND CLEAR AND CAST SUCH A NICE BRIGHT LIGHT EVEN THO THEY ARE EQUIVALENT TO 40 WATT. MY LIGHTS HAVE WHAT IS CALLED A TULIP COVER AND ARE DIMMABLE. I ALWAYS HAVE TO BE SO CAREFUL WHEN I BUY BULBS THAT THEY ARE DIMMABLE. USES LESS ENERGY AND HAS A GREAT LIFE. I WILL BUY MORE OF THESE WHEN I NEED THEM AND I'M GLAD WALMART CARRIES THEM.

I love LEDs. They burn so cool and last so long, much longer than standard bulbs. They are much cheaper to use too. They literally cost pennies on the dollar from the old-fashioned incandescent bulbs. They produce nice, clean white light also, not that awful green hue light that fluorescent bulbs produce. These ceiling fan light bulbs are very well made, almost impossible to break if you drop one. Make sure your application uses the e12 style before you buy. The E stands for Edison and the 12 stands for 12 mm wide. This is much narrower than the standard A style bulb.

These actually fit in my vanity, so I used them there first. The glow comes off as a bit warm for a vanity (wanted something crisper), but it is sufficiently bright. I ended up taking them out, and using them in the ceiling fan instead. I wish the pack came in three, as both my vanity and ceiling fan come with three bulbs! (Don't most ceiling fans come with one or three lights? I never really see two.) But you can always buy another pack, and have a spare bulb. I'm hoping these actually last the 13 years that they claim, which you should keep in mind is based upon 3 hours of daily use, so your mileage will vary. Hey, maybe I'll be back to update this review in a decade!
