Great with fruit….
Great for a dessert, or with pie, or with fruit. I love eating fresh berries with this. It may not be the best for me health wise by itself, but I love eating it with fruit. Would buy again.

So Diverse in Recipes
While not as creamy as the regular or extra creamy alternatives, this is lower calories and blends extremely well. I tend to mix flavored coffee syrup, protein powder, or sugar free pudding mix in to give it more flavor and texture. I love this frozen--put it in an ice cream cone and it's a much lower calorie dessert. I also use this as a frosting, mixed with cream cheese.

Compares pretty well to the brand name for light whipped topping. the price is much less so it works for me. I eat a lot of frozen whipped topping!
