Great Value Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Finely Shredded Cheese, 16 oz

For me, every day basic use this is a good brand and for under 2 bucks a bag, come on now in this economy that's a steal! The expiration date is typically a few months out, and I have not experienced any early molding or dried out issues either, although this household is some cheese lovers and a bag of cheese only last a couple weeks!

So many uses for this item. Today, I put it in pasta salad. It's great on pizza or pizza-like items. Try it on a tortilla with pepperoni and pizza sauce. Put these ingredients on half the tortilla, fold over, warm on stove top. It's a super yummy snack or meal. I've even had this cheese just as it is…something tasty! I've bought this many times before and I'm sure I will keep buying it.

My husband loves to make pizzas, and he uses Walmart's Great Value shredded mozzarella cheese. It is reasonably priced and has a very nice flavor. We buy the 1-pound package, which is enough for at least 2 pizzas. Another perk is that there's a recipe on the back of the package. This one is for Meatball Subs.

This brand of mozzarella cheese hits the spot for me. It's a good size bag and it lasts me a good length of time. I am a single person so I don't need one of the big bags. This is the middle size bag. The consistency of the cheese is perfect for pizza or on any kind of dish.

I'm a loyal great value shopper, and this cheese meats, the same quality as all the other items that I love. Our family has taken baby steps for better health and a few years later it has made a huge difference.. the skim milk alternative works just as well as the higher fat version and great value is every bit as good as the more expensive versions.

Love this to add to my pasta, salad and other dishes. It's finely shredded but doesn't bunch and clump very much. The small bits that do stick together are easily broken and fall apart when nudged with a fork or spoon. To avoid any mold, I never touch the inside of the resealable bag. I shake out whatever I plan to use and seal it back up. Lasted far longer than the date on the bag once when I hadn't used as much as in the past. Definitely a good quality!

I purchased this Great Value Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese to use on my homemade pizza, and it worked out absolutely perfectly! The cheese tasted delicious, had a really good flavor, and melted beautifully on my pizza. I couldn't have asked for better results, and I had absolutely no problems with it. Another thing I really appreciate is the price. Walmart's Great Value products are usually very affordable, and this mozzarella is another great example of getting good quality without spending a lot of money. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this cheese. It tastes great, melts well, and is perfect for making homemade pizzas. I highly recommend it and would definitely purchase it again!

Good cheese for various things, stuffed shells, pizza, etc. But while the flavor is fine, this one just doesn't quite melt as smoothly as others I've since started using. It really lives up to its name for how good of a value it is for the price though.

I don't know what's happening to the quality but this mozzarella is so different from even 2 months ago. The mouth feel is plasticy, almost chewing gum consistency - which is so weird. It doesn't melt at all - not in the oven on lasagna, not in a stovetop grilled cheese, not in an air fryer pizza, not even on a plate in the microwave! The taste has been really bland - no mozzarella flavor at all. It's not very good anymore. I gave it 3 stars becauseiI'm not sure if it's a batch issue or if there were recipe changes bringing the quality down. His the 2nd bag like the so I'm giving it one more chance before I write it off completely.
