Great Value Mild Cheddar Block Cheese, 32 oz Chunk

My dogs are “picky”. treat eaters. I buy this block cheese for their bedtime treat. They run to their cages when I say it is cheese time”. They actually beat me to their cages; sitting and waiting. My vet says this is so much better to treat them instead of over processed doggie treats.

I prefer to grate my own cheese than to buy the bagged stuff because I don't want the starches that act to keep the individual pieces sticking to each other, so a 2lb block of cheese to grate coarse or fine as I need it is my best bet. And for the price and quality, nothing beats the Great Value 2lb cheddar cheese block.

So sweet potatoes from the produce department we're absolutely incredible. I've never seen such beautiful sweet potatoes. They were picked our next extraordinary person and I look forward to getting more produce with the same wonderful Choices as I received from the Walmart employee that chose the sweet potatoes and thank that person they were beautiful sweet potatoes I took a lovely picture of those sweet potatoes. I wish I could have posted a picture of them, but I didn't know how or even if you can do that the person who did that chopping was extraordinarily careful and hand Compassion for the customer, it should be noted at such a fine person.

I'm all about texture. You'll always get delicious cheese. But the texture is variable. Sometimes it's creamy soft and sometimes crumbly. I lie my cheese crumbly.. inconsistency in texture is my only complaint. But I have that issue with most manufacturers.

My wife and I enjoy in what we buy at Walmart that include food and myself I love the cheese I buy there and like I said I enjoy the variety of food items I received there.

I like getting Great Value's cheese brand. It's decent pricing and perfect for my meals. I love cheddar cheese. Highly recommend. Very tasty and perfect for shredding too.

I love cheese and this size makes a purchase very convenient for me. AND it was delivered to my front door saving me time, effort, and gas.

Odd color; much lighter yellow/orange and white around the edges. No mold. Expiration date was 5 days after purchase date via Walmart shopper delivery. I would think the Walmart shopper would have noticed but more importantly the item should have been removed from the shelf because it was about to expire.

On this order when I received it, next day I went to open the cheese and what I didnt notice the day before it had alot if moisture in the bag. Then I noticed the cheese was white in varies areas along with the package was not vacuumed sealed basically. It had like 2 extra inches of packaging around it. It was also not a soild block of cheese, it had a down slope to it. So Please, have employee's when shopping for customers to be on the look out for that.

Bought on April 4. Refrigerated. Opened on April 10 to shred the block to use and it's moldy. Best is used by date is July 26,2025. Ridiculous. About $8 down the drain.
