Great Value Mild Cheddar Deli Style Sliced Cheese, 8 oz Package, 12 Slices

The sliced mild cheddar is one of my favorites from Walmart. It's my go to for sandwiches, sliced for adding to a salad, grabbing a slice in-between meals when you need a quick snack, laying on a casserole to melt or a grilled cheese. Tasty, has a great price point and works for a variety of uses

I have tried all the sliced cheeses offered at Walmart, and I like cheddar best because it is the most flavorful. I switch between extra sharp and mild. Both are very similar, but the sharp is harder/more crumbly and has a slightly deeper taste, where the mild has a more classic cheddar flavor. None of them are as flavorful as American, but I think that's the lower salt content. This REAL cheese has less than half the salt of American slices If you want more flavor, you could always add a little salt to these, or keep it low sodium for a healthier snack!

This is really good mild cheddar cheese. I took it to a gathering of over 30 people and they liked it. It has a god taste and is just right for burgers or sandwiches.

Good price for a decent product. I don't think you can go wrong buying some of the Walmart store brands. The cheese proves it over and over. And it actually MELTS!

GreatValue sliced Cheese is always fresh in the package..I skip the hand sliced deli cheese...always...no hands touch this cheese....open and seal easy. melts perfectly

cheese is fine,, you need to check your people. they left my order outside I never got a text or anything and somebody else got it.. it always is like this for the last 2 months I either don't get my delivery, and I'm waiting.

I buy these to melt on burgers, the have a good cheddar flavor and melt well, the price is great, they were on sale for $1.69 so I got a couple. My only complaint is that the slices are hard to separate without the cheese breaking off, other brands have some type of paper in between, so I might put my own paper between them myself before I put the in the refrigerator

As a fan of cheese, I am not happy with this cheese... It does not taste quite like cheese to me and I would almost prefer to go without it than add it to my meal. That's very unlike me. I like Great Value mozzarella but the cheddar is not great. This cheese is okay on some foods when melted.

Thought I'd try this mild cheddar cheese. The individual slices all stick together so it's hard to remove 1 slice without it tearing also lacks flavor, i won't purchase again and will stick to my tried and true great value swiss cheese slices which has nice taste and slices are easy to remove without tearing.

it was crumbly so that when i try to peel of a sluce a get an 1nch square peice i cal divide by layers. but the crumble into a pile in my sandwich. i just threw it away. i hope the next batch is better :(
