Great Value Mild Chedder Finely Shredded Cheese is great for many recipes such as an omelette; salads, Sandwiches, tacos, burritos, creamy mashed or baked potatoes. Best for anything you wanted cheese to melt fast in. I like the small packages because they freeze well and do not take up much space in the refrigerator. They are handy to grab and add protein to many dishes. The finely shredded cheese makes an ordinary meal special!

I purchase Great Value cheeses all the time. They taste great and work well in all my recipes. The different types of cheese work well whether you are sprinkling it on a chef salad, adding it to your omelet or creating a cheesy casserole or side dish.

Ended up running out of GV mozzerella and had to use this (usually use this for nachos or scrambled eggs). Tasted amazing. Fresh, great price. I frozen for couple months and came out of freezer delicious and fresh still. Less than half a bag for one pizza.

For the price which is considerably less than name brand, GV shredded cheddar cheese is good! Tastes good, melts well and works with my salads and omlets. Good for tacos, burritos, omlettes, salads, pizza, baked potatoes and any other thing you can think of. Definitely a good addition to your cheese stash.

As Walmart defines things, this is cheese…..shredded cheese. Personally I do not believe it is actual cheese, but it is, without a doubt shredded. It has an odd white dusting on it which I find suspect, but I assume is what gives it that unique dried out cheese flavor.

We use this cheese all the time, and it has become a regular item on our grocery list. The mild cheddar flavor is great for the whole family and works well in so many different recipes. I use it on tacos, baked potatoes, casseroles, omelets, burgers, and homemade macaroni and cheese. It melts nicely, tastes fresh, and adds plenty of flavor without being overpowering. The bag is easy to reseal, and the cheese stays fresh for quite a while in the refrigerator. For the price and quality, it's a great value and one I will continue buying again and again.

Lately, the cheese has been looking dried out or on its way to moldy not sure, it is white speckled. I smell it and taste it before using it and it seems fine. Maybe the good price is because it's been around for awhile. I ordered online, so maybe that is their way of getting rid of older inventory, because if I were choosing my own cheese, I would certainly examine the contents to get the best quality.

I ordered two of these items of which I was informed one wasn't available… however I never got the available one!! Please refund me! This is the third time I've submitted reviews today for ordered items not received and receipt of items I DID NOT ORDER!!! PLEASE REFUND!!!
