Great Value Milk, 2% Reduced Fat, Half Gallon, 64 fl oz

These half gallons are perfect for my husband and I and the pace we consume milk in our house. I haven’t found a store or retailer that’s cheaper for milk in my area so love that Great Value generic offers it. The cap isn’t anything special, sometimes with time it’ll get those flakes when you crack it open.

i wish that the shoppers would make sure that they get the furthest out expiration date on the dairy products, especially the milk. i don't drink milk, i only use it to cook with, so the expiration date being only 4 or 5 days away doesn't help me when I would like to use it a little at a time. i feel that the Shores should have milk with at least an 8-10 day grace period before the expiration date.

The milk goes bad immediately after opening. I get maybe 2-3 days with it before it is chunky and spoiled. The expiration date is not correct. I have bought this milk many times thinking it was user error or a one time thing. Nope. They are incorrectly labeling the expiration date. Other than that, tastes fine and would be a money saver if you were using all the milk at once.

Disappointment was due to being delivered with a short expiration date. This would be more of the availability of product freshness issue. Quality of this milk is usually just fine but this particular delivery resulted in having to dispose of half or more of the product since it spoiled so quickly. Within just a few days unfortunately. Most delivery items are acceptable. This one was not.

This brand of milk from walmart ALWAYS goes bad days before the expiration date! No matter the size or %. In fact twice, on the day the milk was delivered it was already spoiled and chunky. In reality what are the choices in this economy? Do I want to pay more $ and possibly have the same thing happen? No. I'd try a different brand if I could afford it. But really walmart, should I have to?

Milk spoiled a whole week before expiration date. Maybe it was left out during the delivery process or something happened during the transportation process.. But I got it off front as soon as it was delivered and it’s been in my well cooled refrigerator the whole time. It’s still cold right now. Terrible way to start your morning!!

I will not be purchasing this brand of milk again because I'm tired of wasting money when it continues to go bad many days before the expiration date. I've now switched to a different brand that costs more than double, but at least it lasts a long time, tastes great, and I am no longer wasting money.

I BOUGHT ONE 1/2 GALLON HAD CLOTS OF MILK IN IT. BOUGHT ANOTHER TO REPLACE THAT AND IT TOO HAD CLOTS BOTH SAME SELL BY DATE AND NOT EXPIRED. I HAVEN'T SEEN THE REFUNDS FOR EITHER. TOLD IT WOULD BE PUT ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE ALWAYS SEND CODED REFUNDS BY EMAIL.

The milk expires tomorrow and I have 3/4 of it left. I am the only milk drinker in our house. I normally get at least 7 to 10 day expiration date. I be throwing over 1/2 of it away.
