We ordered this instead of the Swiss Miss just because of the price being so much more reasonable, and we ended up liking it better than Swiss Miss. It has a rich, chocolate taste and it's just as delicious as name brand. The price is so good, which means I can keep it on hand for kids or non-coffee drinkers. We do add an additional splash of milk to cool it down and make it a tad more creamy.

I always add a splash of milk to all my hot chocolates. I personally always seem to have a chalk like aftertaste as well as adding some smoothness with ANY instant hot chocolate. Nothing special about this brand with taste or richness; its just convient being in a k-cup.

The kids wanted to have a “cup of coffee”… so we got the k-cup hot chocolate so they can make it in the kuerig like the coffee. They love the experience and the convenience of tossing the pod in the trash. No powder to clean up.

I love hot chocolate. I've had a number of more expensive brands but with this price I had to try the great value hot chocolate. I didn't expect much since it was so reasonably priced. To my surprise it was delicious! I'd buy this brand over the more expensive ones any day! It is my go to hot chocolate!

I have owned a Keurig for many years and have tried numerous hot chocolate K-cups. In my opinion, this brand is the best I have found. It has a deep chocolate flavor that is not overwhelmed by an overdose of sugar or milk, or that is so watery that you can't even drink it. Your cup of hot cocoa will be thoroughly mixed leaving no powder or clumps; just a very pleasant treat when you need a chocolate break.

For me personally, this hot cocoa is a little too chocolate-forward, but I'm also not a big hot cocoa drinker. That said, I bought these for my son, and he absolutely loves them. This is his go-to drink on cold nights after being outside taking care of the animals. It warms him up quickly and the flavor is exactly what he wants, rich, chocolatey, and comforting. The single-serve cups are also very convenient and easy to use. While it's not my personal favorite, it's a big hit with the person I bought it for. If you enjoy a strong chocolate flavor and want something quick and comforting, this is a great option.

I used to love this product but the last 3 times I've bought this, it has had some coffee in it. I hate coffee. Beware if you are giving this to children, it does have coffee in it.
