Great Value Minced Garlic in Water, 8 oz Jar

thanks to my quest to eat right according to foods mentioned in the Bible , garlic is high on the list and is supposed to support heart health as well,as ward off intestinal parasites among other things and should be eaten daily-i chose this type for convenience - it is ready for use without the peeling and smashing fresh garlic--- that works for me - - try it - it compares well with fresh garlic and saves a lot of hassle-

This is so convenient. It's ready out of the fridge. It's so hard to peel a clove of garlic. I'm not good at getting the chopped up pieces small enough. This takes care of both plus your hands don't smell like garlic for a long time. Still has great garlic flavor with nothing added. Lasts a long time.

OK, I admit I was once a garlic snob who never thought I'd consider buying packaged minced garlic. Then I thought hmmmm and when I tried, this, no turning back! What I love are these containers are small enough they are a perfect size to use within a reasonable period, and by getting the multi-pack, I always have fresh garlic. I am now using way more garlic, and wowzer, food tastes even better, More is better, not less is better - for sure when it comes to garlic... So this is a reorder, as now I am hooked!

next fresh, this is hood for cooking in stews, spaghetti sauces, any types of stir-fry or braised meat/vegetables dishes. in other words, cooked! fir hummus and other non cooked, fresh would probably be preferred. but it's a great product for the price!

This jar of minced garlic is the Absolute Best for the price! I use it in making Spanish rice from scratch and homemade pinto beans. Never a bitter taste. The subtle flavor of garlic is permeated throughout the rice as well as the beans for authentic homemade deliciousness. You will not be disappointed!

I love Garlic. It adds the right Umami flavor, it's an excellent boost for your immune system and I go through a good amount of it cooking everything from Asian to Italian. So convenient to reach for it in the fridge and spoon out just what I need into anything from Spaghetti Sauce to Dipping Sauce for Dumplings!

Not the most potent garlic, but great flavor and excellent price. A more milder garlic if you have ever had the jus from Costco. I actually enjoy this better, finding I have a tendency to overpower my food with garlic lol. Super fresh, and super cheap even considering the lesser strength.

This is a good item. it really works well with stews and in soups. I enjoyed the taste it brings to meets. If I order a jar of garlic, I normally order it in oil, but I was surprised to find that this brand was very good. The jar is small so if you want to use it for several dishes it won't last very long. If you or your family loves garlic, I would suggest that you purchase a larger size.

I like to buy the minced garlic. It just makes life easier. I do buy fresh, but I will always keep this in my fridge because a lot of times that goes bad or it doesn't keep. Or forget to buy it. So when I have this on hand I just grab a spoon or two and I'm ready to go.

I've tried to improve the healthiness of my diet and decided to try to incorporate more garlic and other fresh herbs in it. I thought I would give jar Garlic try since it's much more convenient but I must admit I'm not a fan of it. Since I've never really used charred garlic at all I can't compare to other brands but to me this just did not do it. Back to chopping fresh garlic I guess!
