Literally one of the best Mint Chip Ice Creams on the market and at a great price to boot. The chocolate chip pieces are a yummy dark chocolate which pairs with the creamy mint ice cream wonderfully. Writing this review makes me want to go grab a bowl right now!
Why oh why did I waste money on anything else? Great Value Mint Chip Ice Cream is hands down the best Mint Chip ice cream on the market! With its unbeatable price it’s that much more enticing. The mint flavor is so refreshing and the chocolate chips are plentiful! You want nothing more than a chocolate chip in every bite and you get it with this. Don’t tell everyone though because I’d appreciate my delivery order being fulfilled first please😉
I use to pay an arm %26 leg for Breyers until I discovered Great Value Mint Choclate Chip . It’s even better than Turkey Hill . I am addicted to it so I always buy one of these %26 one of any other Great Value brand too because they are all great quality %26 save me $$$ . Never been disappointed !
I was in the mood for Ice Cream and thought I would check out Walmart's brand. Before buying it I looked at the ingredients and was Happy to see cream was one of the top ingredients on the list, which means this is real ice cream. For me it lived up with some of the top ice creams out there. It was creamy and perfect flavor with lots of chopped up chocolate in every scoop. I highly recommend it!
I love mint, chocolate chip ice cream, and I’ve had other brands that I liked, and I decided to try the Walmart brand. This is just as good if not better than some of the brands you pay a whole lot money for… Very minty, creamy and the chips are wonderful and that’s why I continue to buy it now… No need to go back
Wow! I used to be a fan of the more expensive brands like Turkey Hill and Breyers ice cream but here lately I'm pretty impressed by the Walmart brand of ice cream! I just tried the Mint Chocolate Chip and it's really gooood!! It's creamy m, very minty and just loaded with dark chocolate chips! If you haven't tried it or compared the Walmart brand to the others you definitely should! You won't be disappointed! 😋 And you'll save money! 👍👍
Use in homemade ice-cream cake 🎂 It's good 👍 I've never eaten it alone, but I imagine it would taste good. It's cheaper than other brands, so I buy it. I like Turkey Hill ice cream, and to me, Great Value tastes very similar to that. Hopefully, that gives you an idea of the taste.
I enjoy the light taste not too heavy on the mint or chocolate. I’m not sure how to rate is because out of 3 deliveries in 3 months it arrives melting I ordered “ice” cream not milk shakes and refreezing it’s the best. I’ve requested that delivery service should have a cooler in their vehicle. Eggs are warm milk is warm no doubt it’s my distance but 70 and disabled add medication and the delivery service is a blessing. Thank You for considering my recommendation
It would have been OK except that it wasn't handled properly. It arrived solidly frozen but somewhere along the line, it had started to thaw and was then refrozen. The outer 3/4 inch had lots of ice crystals. Center of carton was OK but there's better ice cream available.
This ice cream was always half melted, even though my freezer is working and everything else in the freezer is rock solid. I bought two flavors, and both tubs have the same issue. They NEVER firm up, and remain literally half melted, even on the second day in the freezer. I’m guessing the ratio of ingredients (stabilizer etc) is off??? Don’t recommend.
