Great Value Mountain Lightning Citrus Flavored Soda Pop, 2 Liter Bottle

for it to be a cheap, store brand, of a name brand soda, its pretty good. i drink it now instead of the name brand soda and i couldn't begin to tell ya how much money i have saved! and i still didnt have to go with out my daily soda fix :) its a little more stout with a little more carbonation but its less than half the price of the other guys and your taste buds will adapt! lol its my go to!

By far my favorite Citrus soda. Excellent taste. 5 of these gives you more than a case of soda for $6.20. A case of Mountain Dew now goes for $14.50. You do the math. I can no longer taste a difference between this, Mellow Yellow, %26 Mountain Dew. I do prefer the "tinny" taste of cans, so I split my monthly sopping order between these %26 12-packs...

Great citrissy flavor. Was not exactly what I expected because of the name. I was kinda expecting a differant flavor profile. BUT I WOULD STILL BUY THIS! If your a GEN X or below you'll remember a soda called citrus drop....this is SOOO close to that it's unreal. Older folks would be very pleased with this purchase. Especially for $1 in today's economy.

Just as good as Mtn Dew. but a much better price. I've drank Dew all my life %26 switched to this 6 months ago and will probably never buy the leading brand again.

With my favorite national brand being so expensive I've cut my food budget by buying store brand sodas. Mountain Lighting is a great substitute for Mt Dew (sorry Pepsi). The taste is the same for me and stratifies my craving for this type of beverage.

i jsed to drink mt dew like it was going out of style . but with rising prices i decided to try this brand. and its quiet as sweet as my dew but turns out that allows you to taste the flavor better. this is much better and is the closest thing to mt dew i have found between Kroger and save alot.

It's about a great citrus sea taste and it's very refreshing, especially for spring and summertime and it's a great value for the price that it sells that and I would recommend it to anybody who wants to change up from regular cola to crisp citrusy type of soda

now I said in my previous review on my one liter bottles of Mountain Dew that that was only drink that I bought I told a little white lie LOL because when I'm short on cash Walmart brand Great Value Mount lightning is the closest thing you can get to a Mountain Dew and the prices are amazing

This tastes almost as good at Mountain Dew . You will need to drink it in one day though carbonation doesn't last longer than that but for $1 it's awesome

I think the great value Mountain Lightening soda (2 liter) is a great value soda pop. It's carbonated wonderfully. I won't lie, it's not Mt. Dew, but I would pick it over Sun Drop Everytime! I enjoy it for $1 my teenagers drink it without complaining. It's a win win for us!
