This is my 1st order. Am very happy it was delivered the same day. The driver was friendly. He delivered all the items I ordered. The only problem I have encounter, is the bag of tangerines. They are all bad. I will return them to the store. Over all am very pleased. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service.
I really like this bread over the soft, processed, white or wheat bread. It just seems to have more of what my doctor wants me to eat. i like the hearty flaver of the bread. It seems like a more wheat-flavored than even whole wheat bread. And no seeds in the bread.
Honestly, this is my favorite whole wheat bread on the shelf! It’s a good choice for sandwiches or making toast, and I love that it has some seeds added for texture. It’s not too heavy or airy like some others, and that’s a bonus! Fiber, fiber, fiber, and yes, I require it!
I have tried Great Value bread a few times now. It is never as fresh as store brand bread I get from Fred Meyer. The price is better, but I end up throwing part of it out. In the end it is not the best bag for my buck. I usually am pleased with great value brand, but not this time.
This bread was delivered to me a week past the sell by date. When I opened it to make a sandwich there was mold and it had a smell. I called the store it came from so they were aware and. So I could get a refund. But, so the people doing the shopping can pay attention to dates and especially those stocking the shelves are rotating and removing outdated stock. The response was oh well.
Lately, this bread has been going bad, way before the expiration date/shelf date. This bread had mold on it, the very next day. In the last month, I've thrown away so much bread. I'm not storing it near any warm, moist atmosphere. If I buy in quantity, I put the remaining loaf in the freezer, immediately, wrapped so that it wont get freezer burned. I never used to have this problem. So disappointed!!
I purchase this bread with an expiration date tags for Feb 27, today is Feb 23 and found green mole on the bottom of the bread. Truly a waste of money and quality.
Molded within 2 days of receiving it. Turns out it was only 3 days away from being expired. Didnt even open the bag before an entire corner turned teal and furry.
We used to love this bread but this time it was full of strong tasting rye seeds. I intentionally purchased the one that didnt say with seeds. But it was pretty full. Everyone noticed a difference.
Normally, this bread is pretty good but the last order I put in on October 6, I was delivered a loaf of bread that expired October 7 and it was already moldy. Check your bread.
